I’m so thankful for Linda! I came in for a possible water pump issue and ended up having more issues than expected! Linda jumped right in to help out with my warranty company and get things figured out! She was very knowledgeable and communicated excellent through this all! I felt confident having Ziegler fixing my vehicle. 2 months prior to this I was at a different dealership for a routine oil change and feel some of this could have been prevented if my vehicle would have been inspected properly! I will only come to Ziegler in the future!! Shoutout to the mechanic as well I think Lupe was his name. He immediately knew the problem just driving out of the garage!
