She kept me apprised of everything that was happening, let me know what parts needed replacing, asked for permission, got my car cleaned, and sent me on my way. The waiting room is comfortable and even the customers were friendly to each other. This place is better than a Starbucks for meeting people. I bought their seven oil change package which was a steal and Jessica let me k ow I can use it at any Nissan dealer, so that’s huge since I’ve needed oil changes out of town a few times. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a classic Porsche 997.1 from Bellevue Porsche, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the dealership offered a very fair trade-in value for my VW Tiguan, and their price on the 997.1 was equally reasonable. What I truly appreciated was the ability to handle most of the transaction over the phone, given that I live on an island near Seattle. This convenience saved me multiple trips back and forth, which was a huge relief. The sales team was professional and pleasant to deal with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The finance department was also extremely professional and kind, ensuring that there was never any pressure—only accommodating, calm, and professional service. Bellevue Porsche did an outstanding job prepping the classic car for sale, addressing numerous fixes and delivering a vehicle that was ready to drive and enjoy. However, the highlight of my experience has been working with their service department. There was a remaining issue to be fixed as a condition of the sale, and after my initial visit, I still felt it wasn’t fully resolved. The team had me bring the car back, provided another loaner, and proceeded to make a complete repair, replacing expensive parts without hesitation. This level of service reminded me of the exceptional customer care we used to get from Nordstrom in the late '70s and ‘80s. Interacting with the service coordinators has been a pleasure, as they are all very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Satisfied customers seem to be a hallmark of Bellevue Porsche. I will continue to work exclusively with them, and should I ever decide to purchase a new 911, this is the dealership I would recommend. Larry Laissue

Tacoma Subaru Bruce Titus 2024.09.16 First of I want to say that my wife and I bought our 2022 Subaru Outback from Tacoma Subaru and the buying experience was exceptional and the review I’m about to give is long overdue as it happened months ago. Moved 4 hours away shortly thereafter and our brakes were grinding after a year and a half use. We drive over the pass regularly for work so this needed attention. We went to McCurley Subaru nearer to us and they told us our brakes were ground down to the metal, Pads were at 1, and not only did all pads need replacing but the rotors needed replacing as well and it’d cost us $1500. We opted out and it was my idea to call Tacoma Subaru for a second opinion. Patrick answered, we explained what McCurley told us and immediately he said that this shouldn’t be anywhere near happening so soon, although it’s possible but unlikely, AND… that it’d be covered under something called New Car Warranty with no cost to us. We dropped it off during one of our visits to the West Side and when all said and done the pads were still at an 8! There was nothing wrong with the Rotors either. This was both a huge relief but demoralizing that a dealership (McCurley) could: Miss a detail so crucial to the operation of the car, so potentially costly to us (Not recognizing the Warranty) when in fact it was covered under warranty. Patrick was fantastic to work with and mystified at the diagnosis given to us from the other dealer as would anyone and were we but respectfully didn’t speculate any assumed intentions. Our breaks worked wonderfully after and finally was without that grinding sound. Skip forward a few months and we just had our 30,000 mile tune up where the pads were still at an 8. Now Tacoma Subaru has this wonderful and informative Video walkthrough process showing and explaining what was checked, worked and was left needed. They send this to us after the work is finished before we pick up the car. This takes the guesswork out of work being done with this Transparency Video. After what happened at McCurley Subaru a video like this really gives confidence back to the customer. The only extra that was needed was our Air Filter which looked like it had been laying out in a sandy wind storm for years so it was certainly needed living in a windy desert. The Shop is incredibly clean, all the staff are incredibly helpful and we will only take our Subaru’s to this shop even though it’s a 4 hour drive one way as it takes the Guesswork out of wether or not to Trust if our car is going to get the McCurley Subaru diagnosis or the transparent Tacoma Subaru full work through. I’m glad we bought our car at Tacoma Subaru and it was on our Reps last day before retiring. We weren’t aware of all the technology advancement while on the test drive so when he instructed us not to touch the gas pedal or the breaks at the Red Light… one could tell he was having fun watching us squirm with discomfort while trusting that we weren’t going to stop and crash into the car in front of us. It was a great experience and again, the staff here at Tacoma Subaru all have been great. Thank you Patrick, for saving us and giving us this long distance relationship with confidence!

I have used Westley Ford in Camas for my F-150’s maintenance and repairs for about six years now. I have consistently received outstanding service and have never had a complaint about my customer experience. It gives me peace of mind to know that factory trained experts are looking at my vehicle and replacing parts with factory authorized parts. I plan to have this vehicle for a long time and the service department at Westley Ford is a key part of the longevity of my vehicle. Also, the service staff are wonderful! If they tell you, it’s gonna be 45 minutes, it’s 45 minutes or less. There is no upsell . It would be very difficult to talk me out of taking my business to them.

Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! One message texted to me when I arrived and none after! Would not recommend to anyone I know! I have a trusted mechanic and only went for the recall! Something caused by the manufacturer and not me! Should have been bending over backwards for that! Left so mad and told have a nice day!
