The Service Team and Service Manager Scott are great, top notch. I'd drive 600 miles more to bring either of my Sprinter Vans to their service department. Derek, the Sprinter Tech, is the most knowledgeable and informative Sprinter tech I've met. Derek goes the extra mile to make sure my van left the shop as if it was his van. I'll even consider transporting my van to these guys to get the job done.

My Mercedes G63 AMG was stolen from inside the service - R99
My Mercedes G63 AMG was stolen from inside the service bay overnight on 7/23/2024 with the Service Manager Jared telling me that keys were left in the vehicle with windows down, this was noted in the police report as well. I have signed repair orders with it in their possession for service and being told by management and in front of staff that the dealership would be fixing and replacing what was damaged and stolen since it was recovered and driven back to the dealership by the Service Manager. I'm told by Jared, the Service Manager on 7/26/2024 that the owner and General manager will not honor fixing my vehicle and replacing what was stolen and damaged as what was discussed and agreed.
