Had a bunbch of smoke coming from my Smart Car. Towed it to Classic Hampton Auto Mall. Turns out there was less wrong with it than I thought. Earnest had great customer service skills. He kept me up to date on everything. Car is back and running great! Thank you guys!

Great sales people. Poor service center. Charged me for things that should have been cover under warranty. Made assumptions instead of listening to what I had to say. didn't fix anything that I brought in in for. And I'm almost $200 in the hole. Looking into taking my car to Maryland for service or trading it in.
