I stopped in one day to pick up some oil and the sales manager showed us some bikes. Unfortunately I've deleted all correspondence with this dealership so I don't have names. However, he seemed cordial. We live about two hours away from Bayside. We told him we weren't interested at the moment. He sent me several emails on Road Glides and seemed interested in selling me a bike. About a year later I called back and got another sales manager. I stated I was thinking about trading in my 2014 Softail on a new Road Glide. He said send me pics of your bike, we'll run some numbers and get back to you within about 30 minutes. I never heard from him so I called back the next day to make sure he received the pics. They said he did, he'd call me back. Never happened. Really! If you're not interested just say so. Now Bayside keeps sending me emails updating me on the bikes they have in stock, etc. They really need to save their effort, I have about 6 other Harley dealerships within 2 hours of me. I'll try them but I certainly will never be dealing with Bayside again.

First time visiting this dealership. Came in at 2pm on a weekday and went straight to the parts counter. At first glance there were no other customers in the store but saw 6 employees- 4 in parts and 2 in sales. The first two employees at the parts counter did not even look up to greet me or direct me so I went to the next group of two where I received assistance in retrieving and ordered part. After leaving the parts section I went to other parts of the dealership. At no other time was I ever greeted or spoken to by any of the other employees in the store. I understand if I had questions I knew where to go but never had ANYONE acknowledge my presence or check on me. I can’t rate anything else but the customer service was non existent. The parts employees were marginal. One of the two seemed new but I didn’t feel welcome.
I worked previously for Harley and know the importance of customer service.
