While transparency of the actual vehicle price was an issue initially, once we got past the negotiating phase of the process, things continued to proceeded quickly and professionally. We ended up with our much sought after dream car at a fair price. We are thankful to the team at Sky Jeep that assisted us!

A real rare find and a real pleasure to work with. I have dealt with a lot of auto dealerships over the last 50 years and yesterday we purchased a new Jeep Gladiator from Matthew at Doug Smith Jeep in Spanish Fork, UT. I cannot say enough positive things about working with them. They were up front and honest from start to finish, their deep discounted advertised price did not require any pre-qualification/s and no games at all. I would also give them an A+ on trade-in value. Since Covid finding dealers like this is almost impossible anymore.

Buying a vehicle can be very stressfull, because of the unknown and the reputation of car dealerships. It is very comforting to have a dealer who looks after yoour needs instead of pushing and treating you like cattle. We were very specfic about our needs and wants, Heritage listened and did not try to offer a make do and a unit that had more than what we wanted. We ordered our 2026 Jeep Cherokee Overland from the factory with the color and equipment that we wanted. The wait was worth it, the unit is a beautiful white with a artic white leather interior. Our advisor, Mike, took his time introducing us to the new technology, 360 camera, accident avoidance, and much more. He treated us as you would treat a long lost friend, respect, and honest. Ray was introduced to us as our service advisor with service recommendations designed for our style of driving. We were impressed with parts, clean and welcoming, Tommy, knew about our purchase and excited for us. Parker, the GM, was like a father, watching and caring about us in every step. It's a breath for fresh air, like a stoll through the forest, to by from Heritage. Do yourself a favor, visit Heritage of Perry. We love our Jeep, with only 142 miles it is averaging 37.8 mpg in town and increasing. Thank you Heritage.

Brad Malmgren is a fantastic salesman and stands by his customers including post-sale. He made an out of state, sight unseen purchase smoother, faster, and easier than the neighborhood dealership down the street. He helped with recommendations for shipping, coordinated a quick and painless e-close, was honest and helpful when a warranty repair needed to happen within a week of receiving the vehicle, and even hustled to get extra forms signed on the fly while literally at the DMV. Definitely would recommend Brad to family and friends. Would buy from him again from out of state! Best experience with a dealership by far in multiple states. Really fast to pick up the phone and reply to texts too.

Surprised that Brian Johnson is still employeed as general manager given his unethical sales practices. Disappointed that both Larry H. Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned with his shady tactics. It says a lot about the company when they allow behavior like this to continue unchecked. Brian Johnson is a real piece of work — and unfortunately, so is the LHMiller group. I'll be taking my business to Ken Garff from now on, and I’ll continue sharing my experience to make sure others are aware too.

I am in California and was looking to purchase a car out of state since there were none available locally with the features I wanted. My car shopping experience last month with a few dealerships was very frustrating. They simply could not comprehend the concept of an out-of-state purchase which in itself is confusing since the online car sites have a 'nationwide' search option; virtual buying. However, once I connected with Erin at Stephen Wade she did not miss a step. She understood exactly how it worked, was very accommodating and she knocked out this deal in short order. She wasn't just a sales rep instead she provided concierge-type services! A very satisfying purchasing experience!

I had some service done today , I didn't have an appointment yet they worked me in. Immediatley I was greeted by Ronnie when I got out of my truck. He was so helpful. He was very respectful and kind. He walked me through what was going to be done. After it was done, he walked me to my truck checked the work that was preformed. Headlight, Everyone there was so nice. I was given a cold drink and a bad of popcorn. Too cool....

Mike, who was the Service Mgr on a Saturday morning, got me in without an appointment and fixed it while I watched. No charge and I was back on the road within minutes. No charge. We have been here now a few times. One of those times I had asked the man behind the counter about the specs on my truck because I was thinking about getting a camper. Well he told me to Google it and he said that my 2019 RAM 3500 long bed could only hold 2000 pounds. He was so wrong and rude. Oh yes and we spent over 1000 dollars that day and were planning to return to get tires another 1236 dollars. Well we scheduled the appointment and were told an hour and half. Which we were ok with because we would still have time to get to our next appointment. Lol sarcasticly!! They took 2 and half hours and every time anyone there spoke to us it was a lie. Then I complained and was told I would get a discount. Lol sarcasticly!! No he said I got one but it was exactly the same amount he gave me when I set up the appointment. Another lie.. Oh yes and who ever was behind the parts counter sure had a dirty word or two to say after each call he got off of. We can even talk about the sales staff screaming across the lobby. Yes we have spent almost 6 hours there. I wish Karl would check out his name sake.
