Here’s a revised version of your statement to make it as - Casper

Here’s a revised version of your statement to make it as impactful as possible while still maintaining a professional tone: **In October, I flew all the way from Chicago to purchase a used car from this dealership. After taking the vehicle for an alignment, I discovered it needed $8,000 worth of repairs and was completely unsafe to drive. It was leaking gas and oil like a faucet, and I likely wouldn’t have made it back to Chicago safely. The car was an absolute disaster. The manager promised to reimburse me for my flight and the $180 I spent on the alignment and inspection—but after numerous calls, voicemails to the GM, texts to the salesman, and repeated follow-ups, I’ve received NOTHING. They have completely ignored me. This dealership clearly doesn’t care about its customers’ safety or satisfaction. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is beyond unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with them to stay far away. You deserve better than the lies and negligence I experienced here.** BMW North Houston

Horrible experience! - monte_hancock2003

Horrible experience!! Purchased a “Certified Vehicle”, in October 2022, took it to service department within a few days of purchase for noise on front end. Service department changed out driver side front hub. Took vehicle back in late November for more concerns. They kept my vehicle for 4 and months with no repairs done. Picked up vehicle in March with the same problems. It has been there longer than in my possession due to poor service department. Now vehicle is back in service for a/c compressor going out. Do not trust the “certified vehicle” program!!

This place is not HOT - mmhmmm25

When I went to big 7 my budget was 3000 for a cash car. I looked at a few different cars & narrowed it down to a cobalt & a galant. When I test drove the 2005 galant the a/c was out & the only way I would purchase the car was if they would fix the a/c. Gary (my salesman) agreed & gave me a 30 day warranty. I put 4000 down & my balance was 3047. 10 days later I took my car to get serviced & picked it up the same day, they changed the compressor. A little over 30 days after that my a/c was out again & again Gary agreed to fix it. Tropical storm Bill was expected to make landfall the next day so he told me i'd have to wait until after the storm passed to get my air fixed. 3 days later I dropped it off & picked it up the same day. Not even 10 days later my a/c was out AGAIN! I called Gary to set an appointment to drop it off & he said he had two motor jobs he had to get done so we would have to schedule for the following week..which meant another 8 days sweltering in my car. I dropped the car off yet again & this time I didn't have anyone to pick me up right away so I sat on the bench outside the office and patiently waited. Gary came up to me about 30mins later & told me i had two options 'we can put your car back together & let you leave & try to find a ride to drop it off later today or..cause i can tell you now they're not gonna fix your car while you're here..it's against their policy' I was SHOCKED to say the least. Gary & I exchanged words back & forth briefly but I ultimately chose to leave my car there & continue to wait for my ride since I wasn't too fond of the option he gave me. I am still extremely disappointed in big 7 & they will never get my business again.

BUYERS BEWARE.....do NOT get a vehicle from Big Horn.... - michelle.hoke

BUYERS BEWARE.....do NOT get a vehicle from Big Horn. They don't send invoices or statements and if you're even 1 month late they will come repo your vehicle and will not reach out to you letting you know you're late or even ask when they can expect payment and will not work with anyone during the COVID pandemic. I have NVR had anyone be as rude to me as the lady who works the front desk. They really take advantage of lower income families by repossessing vehicles without even trying to work with you! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is concerning.

As I will purchase from them in the future too. People I can trust. My prices were all very good too. Of course or I would have never bought them:) Smart shopper!

North Coast auto mall - thedude

North Coast Auto Mall on the Bedford Auto mile is a crooked dealership. They post autos for sale on their website and if you call about a particular car they never answer the phone. So they want you to go on their online chat and ask for your name, telephone number and email. However you never hear back from them and start to get spam email and phone calls. Plus the cars that are advertised are rarely available. Its called the bait and switch, they lure people in to see a low mile low priced car that they advertise on the web and when someone shows up to see this car its been sold. This is why they will not answer phone calls, ever. So you can't call before going there. Its a crooked way to do business and the best advice I can give is to steer clear or be prepared for the bait and switch!!

I went to Champion after losing everything in an... - Maus14

I went to Champion after losing everything in an apartment fire including my car. The dealer who helped me was Gary Love. I told Mr. Love that I had lost everything but my pajamas and 2 dogs and purchasing a Ford Focus, which he said was very reliable, relatively new. etc. In full disclosure, I should have taken the car and had it inspected, however as a college student, it was my first purchase at a dealer, so I was unaware that this is acceptable/recommended. Also, in the aftermath of the fire, I was not functioning at my best. I agreed to purchase the car. His associate then pressed me to get the extended warranty on the vehicle because "what if the cylinder head warms or something. That would be very expensive." Shortly after purchasing the car, it began to have terrible problems. I took it to the shop and the representative from the extended warranty came out and looked at the car. They called me and told me that the extended warranty I had purchased was nil and void because there had been so many modifications made to the car, including the removal of the catalytic converter. (This despite the fact that Champion Autoplex had put a brand new inspection sticker on the car stating that the exhaust was in good working order and that it met Texas emission standards!!) There was no muffler or proper exhaust system - just a straight 3" pipe. An after market header had been added onto and a myriad of other changes that as a car novice, I would not recognize as not original parts. What was wrong with the vehicle was that the cylinder head was warped. What a coincidence! The extended warranty people were very gracious and said that if a catalytic converter were put on the car and it were repaired and in good working order, they would honor the warranty. The stipulation was that Champion Autoplex would have to replace the engine, which they balked at, telling me it was the responsibility of the extended warranty company. It was only when I mentioned getting the EPA involved over the fraud with the inspection sticker (not to mention selling the car without a catalytic converter, not disclosing it's absence etc.) that they agreed. They did NOT put a Ford engine in it. They put some rebuilt piece of garbage in it. Since that time, I have been unable to find any mechanic willing to work on the car. The cannot order Ford parts and put them on the engine, exhaust system etc., because everything has been modified so severely. I have struggled with that car until recently, when I finally was able to purchase a new car. At the time that I bought the car, Gary Love asked me to "let people know how he had treated me", so I am doing just that. I came in and asked him to help me find a reliable car. I was in an extremely vulnerable place financially and in terms of less tangible resources from energy, to internet access, to a vehicle to use to run around chasing things down, and he used that opportunity to pawn off the worst piece of crap on the lot. That's hwo Gary Love and Champion Autoplex treated me. Now I agree with buyer beware and I like to think that I would have the knowledge and experience now to avoid this situation. At the same time, that does not exhortation Mr. Love or Champion Autoplex from the legal violations in that sale, nor from the tremendous act of fraud they committed. I would rather chew my own leg off than give them my business again./

Liars - Toogoodforyou

They will take your money and lie to you! Paid 1,000.00 down was 1 wk late on payment. They said they called but never left any messages. I go to my sons class, unknowing they had a repossession on it, some stranger walks up and tells me he needs my car to get out. So I immediately call and Mike was flat out rude! I was told the charge for them taking the car was 25.00 because I voluntarily let them have it...lied again, over 500.00 for that! Said they would work with me to get it back to call after 4:30. So I call back and low and behold he is gone. Call back the next morning and they want 1500.00 to get it back. Told them to keep the car I wasn't paying that. I had the car less than a month!! These people are big crooks don't waste your time or money to go there!! My husband is terminally Ill and they knew exactly what they were doing. Taking advantage of folks is just flat out wrong! Liars all the way around!

The salesman Frankie did his job just as he should. - Joshahenley

The salesman Frankie did his job just as he should. The sales manager Jason and finance guy Patrick are both liars. We allowed permission to run credit 1 time, they ran it several...(we already jad financing available) We had a deal, but they could NOT seem to get the paperwork over to our finance company. 3 days go by. 3 days of no phone calls unless we called them. 3 days of no paperwork being sent over. 3 days of constant excuse after excuse. We finally had our fill and picked our vehicle back up. I wouldn't recommend chuck nash to my worst enemy. It's a shame Frankie has to work with such an unprofessional manager and finance guy.

I purchased a small BMW convertible from Classic Car Sale - rrcampsan

I purchased a small BMW convertible from Classic Car Sale LLC earlier this month. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not last 24 hours before breaking down. It had to be towed first to my home and then to a BMW service shop. The technician informed me that the engine has major issues and that the repairs will be extremely expensive. The owner of Classic Car Sale LLC assured me that the vehicle was in "top condition." He claimed it had been inspected and serviced by a mechanic and that there were no problems. When I noticed oil underneath the car, he told me it was just "residual from the last oil change." After the breakdown, I asked him when the oil had last been changed, and he admitted he didn't know. After reading reviews, I discovered that he has used the same excuse about "residual oil from the last oil change" with other customers as well. Once I emailed him about the condition of the car, he stopped responding and did not return my calls. This seller is not to be trusted. He will say anything to make a sale, even if it's completely untrue. I later checked Yelp and found over 12 one-star ratings and an overall score of just 2.3 stars. I should have done my homework. The car did come with a small service warranty, but after reading the fine print, it will only cover a fraction of the repair costs. STAY AWAY if you value your time and money.
