I went in to look at the vehicles in there used lot(for reference I bought another used vehicle not even a year prior at a 6.55 APR this vehicle was a total loss after a wreck and paid off) i loved one of there vehicles(2025 Hyundai Tucson) and we went to finance to get numbers and they gave me a 13% APR and when i declined to proceed due to payments being above my budget they told me that it was my credit and i wouldn't get anything lower anywhere else and that the banks don't think the vehicle would hold its value in say a year or two so i passed on the vehicle and went to a different dealership the next week and bought a 2025 Buick encore gx with a 6.44APR I don't know why they would get a rate so high but it was ridiculous and unprofessional to make me feel bad about not wanting a $600 car payment.

John and Sedgerick were great. Our car was significantly delayed by the Waco hub. They shows compassion and great customer service. Curtis on the other hand was horrible. Rude and inconsiderate. Told me to do whatever I wanted in regards to seeking further action. He cost a sale as my friend was also getting a vehicle but his unprofessionalism sent her somewhere else.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me.
