After more than 15 years of leasing vehicles, this was by - jicamas_fresh_6t

After more than 15 years of leasing vehicles, this was by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. What should have been an exciting moment—finally getting a vehicle I had been wanting for a long time—turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. During the signing process, the mileage allowance on my lease was lowered without clear transparency, which I did not discover until later. In addition, the dealership failed to process the return of my previous leased vehicle in a timely manner, which resulted in me paying for two vehicles for an entire month while only in possession of one. To make matters worse, I repeatedly asked the dealership to reimburse me for the extra charges I incurred because they returned my prior vehicle to Nissan late. I was repeatedly told that Nissan would take care of reimbursing me, yet that never happened. Those assurances turned out to be inaccurate, and no one took responsibility for resolving the issue. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability, communication, and honesty I experienced from the staff and leadership. These issues should never happen in a professional dealership environment, especially when customers are making significant financial commitments. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others. I am sharing this review as a warning for anyone considering doing business here, so you can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid a similar experience.

Rolando is the best. - god_06071998

Worst dealership for Charlie Clark Nissan in Harlingen. - marthag0710

Worst dealership for Charlie Clark Nissan in Harlingen. Bought a vehicle and was lied and misled! They charged me add ons . They made you think it was included in your price of vehicle! I am a disabled vet and they did not care , never even offered me a water or anything, like most places do! Nothing was explained or on paper by the finance department. This place is the worst place you can buy a vehicle! Stay away !

DO NOT PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I - Brandonhardee29

DO NOT PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I want to start by saying that the salesperson I worked with was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. My wife and I visited Nissan of Wichita Falls to look at a 2026 Nissan Sentra SV. We test drove the vehicle and immediately loved it. We had already secured financing approval before arriving and began discussing pricing. We were initially told the vehicle would be approximately $24,000 out the door. However, after our credit was run, the actual out-the-door price increased to roughly $27,000. At the same time, I was communicating with Texas Nissan in Grapevine, where I previously purchased a new 2023 Rogue. My salesperson in Wichita Falls was fully aware that I was comparing offers from another dealership. Texas Nissan ultimately provided a significantly better offer: a 2026 Sentra equipped with the Convenience Package, premium paint color, two years of complimentary oil changes, and two years of Zaktek ceramic protection for $25,000 out the door. Naturally, we informed our salesperson that we intended to move forward with the Grapevine offer because it was both a better price and a better-equipped vehicle. As we were leaving, Sales Manager Brent approached us. He shook my hand and asked whether our decision was due to something the salesperson had done. I told him absolutely not and explained that the salesperson had been fantastic. Brent then became confrontational, stating that he did not appreciate being "shopped around" and accusing me of not being "a man of my word." His tone was hostile and unprofessional. He also repeatedly claimed that the Grapevine deal was "too good to be true." The conversation continued to escalate until my wife began recording on her phone. She captured the final portion of the interaction, which I would be happy to share with the dealership owner if requested. It is unfortunate that this experience ended the way it did because Nissan of Wichita Falls is much closer to our home than Grapevine. I had intended to use this dealership for future service and maintenance, but after this interaction, I will be taking my business elsewhere. A customer comparing offers is a normal part of buying a vehicle. Being confronted and insulted for making a purchasing decision is not. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nissan of Wichita Falls and would encourage others to consider making the drive to a dealership that treats customers with professionalism and respect.

I hate to shop for new vehicles! However I had a very pleasant experience yesterday when I purchased a new Nissan truck from Nissan of Silsbee. Ms Sonja Hatter handled the transaction in a very pleasant, professional manner.

It really grieves me that I have to leave this review but - joeparle

It really grieves me that I have to leave this review but the service at this sales department is terrible. I was in the market for a car for my college age daughter and I scheduled appointments at the local Honda and Nissan dealers with plans to also shop used cars and visit the Toyota dealership. While looking at the Rogue online at this dealership, a pop up window offering a $100 Visa gift card for test driving the Frontier. My wife’s birthday was coming up so I thought it would be good to get the gift card so we could go to a nice dinner. On June 27, I schedule an appointment for 11am with Branden to test drive the Frontier and the Rogue. When I arrived I told him I only had about 45 minutes because I had to get home for a family commitment. He said no problem. I mentioned the test drive promotion and Branden checked on it and said I would get an email. I never got the email. After test driving both cars, Branden told me that someone was buying the Rogue S I just test drove and he wanted to know if I would be interested in the more expensive model. I got back to his desk and he forgot to put in the paperwork for the trade assessment so my 45 minute appointment turned into an hour and fifteen minutes. At the end, he presented me with a very high price on the car and a low trade in value.. Branden asked me what I thought and I honestly told him that I wanted to look at other cars and explore my options before making a decision. He rudely said he had other customers and if I was just window shopping that I was wasting his time, never mind that he wasted my time by going 30 minutes over our agreed upon time and presenting me with a model I didn’t want. I never got the email for the gift card. I texted Branden, emailed Branden, called the General Manager Phill Auguste and responded to multiple emails from him with no response. This dealership cares about your money and doesn’t treat you like a real person. The saddest part of all of this is after considering all my options I bought a Nissan Rogue S from Fabio Segura at Baker Nissan that was 35 minutes away. I was treated so much better there. Had they responded to my calls, texts and emails and followed through on their deceptive marketing ploy, I would have bought the Rogue in Rosenberg. Stay away from this dealership and if you want a Nissan call Fabio at Baker Nissan. I got a much better price on the car, better value for my trade, no pressure, and the monthly payment was much better. It’s bad enough to have a rude salesman but when a General Manager won’t respond to your calls and emails it is a sign that the bad service starts at the top. Even after leaving a negative Google review Branden said I should hear back from a manager and I have yet to do so. His later interactions were much nicer than his actions at the dealership so I must give him credit for that and he was out ill which contributed to his lack of response. Having said that, the dealership is still derelict in following up with my concerns.

We met Chloe in the service department and explained why - goodrrw

We met Chloe in the service department and explained why we were there, she understood what we wanted and started the ball rolling. She kept us informed and answered all of our questions while we were waiting. I may not remember her name the next time I am there, but I will be looking for her to take care of my daughters' new car service needs. She was great! Russell Goodrum

This is the third vehicle we have bought from the - clfgillett

This is the third vehicle we have bought from the dealership. We love the service we get from them. I plan on buying another one in the near future and will use them again. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase cars, SUVs, or trucks. This is by far the best dealership we’ve dealt with.

If I could give zero stars I would. - K Castruita

If I could give zero stars I would. They add to the contract stating you NEED to have them in order to purchase the vehicle and then don’t provide support documents for said coverage. The warranty company they use also has horrible reviews. Trying to get an answer from them is next to impossible. I’m on day 2 of trying to get help. Go somewhere else for a vehicle.

When it comes to Charlie Clark Nissan Brownsville, i am - jpkillmer2025

When it comes to Charlie Clark Nissan Brownsville, i am no stranger to the standard of excellence that is expected. However, over the last couple of visits, the level of service when it comes to having your vehicle cared for has definitely left for wanting. Today was no exception as i needed to go in due to a low tire pressure indicator which led me to see a metal object in my tire. I made the call and spoke to Shiela which set me up with an appointment same day which was beneficial. I arrive about 10 mins prior to my appointment and was greeted by Rudy who took down the information for my arrival and proceeded to handle my repair request. So far so good. So while i am waiting, i took note of the time as previous experience has made me wary. After about 50 minutes, i finally see my vehicle being moved from the wait line to one of the service bays. There was no additional movement for about another 30 minutes. After approximately 90 minutes, i was approached by Rudy who advised me that the technician found a puncture and it was repairable. I continued to wait for an additional 25 minutes before i was advised that my vehicle is ready. In short, it took two hours to get my vehicle in, repair what needed to be repaired and out the door. This is not the first time because on previous experience, i had to wait about the same time for an oil change and vehicle inspection and the only reason that i didn't wait any longer was the man himself Charlie was shaking hands and greeting everyone like he did and when he approached me, i voiced my concern and within 15 minutes of expressing myself, i am out the door, keys in my hand and a jar of honey for my troubles. I ask Charlie Clark Nissan Brownsville what is the point to making an appointment to address concerns if I'm still waiting a prolonged period? According to google search, a typical tire repair can take approximately 15~25 minutes; not two hours. Something needs to be done to avoid these extended wait sessions.

I believe they purchase the cheapest cars at an auction - P

I believe they purchase the cheapest cars at an auction and don't touch them, they just price them to lure you in and tell you they haven't been able to look over the car yet to see what's wrong with it. This was actually my second experience here. My daughter found a car online and went to test-drive it a couple years ago. I came to meet her and the car was shaking, looked like it had been side swiped and was dirty. We left. I forgot about the place until I found a used car online and went in. I forgot about the dealership until I walked in the door. Hilarious. The car was basically falling apart, dirty, and they said the same spill. "We just got this one in and haven't had a chance to review it. I told them to review it and call me and let me know the price difference. I never received a call. But I did receive an email from someone a week later asking me when I would like to come in and look at the car. LOL. Lack of communication within their company and lack of care with the used cars they choose to slang ( not sell ) slang at people.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!

Outstanding service where I felt like a Valued customer - corgar

The Eddie Yaklin Nissan service department made me feel like a valued customer. Everyone there has always been very friendly and accommodating. I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test - Laz

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. If you’re looking for a new or used Volkswagen and want a smooth, honest, and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend checking out Rockwall County Volkswagen and be sure to ask for Laporsha, Azhar, Drew or Sam, they were all amazing to work with.
