This place sucks. Looks like its still 1982 when you walk in the doors. From its bankers hours and whole staff taking an 11:30 am lunch break, the customers experience has zero impact on how this place functions. They charged me $700 to repair an AC hose. Literally the worst dealership experience Ive ever had. Cant imagine it being any worse.

This car dealer is amazingly unprofessional! I’m extremely shocked & disappointed. After working with salesperson Daniel to purchase a car, I bought plane tickets to fly to Nashville on Friday 10/16. I hired an independent inspector to inspect the car on 10/14. Daniel emailed me incorrect paperwork to make a deposit with my last name & someone else’s first name at 1:16PM 10/14. I asked him to correct my name so I could send the deposit & he told me at 2:14PM the car was sold to someone else – a friend or child of someone that works there! At 2:19PM I spoke with his manager Genevieve who refused to correct this situation? This type of behavior is unscrupulous, unreliable, untrustworthy, unethical, deceitful & dishonest. Again, I’m extremely shocked, disappointed, and out hundreds of dollars trying to unsuccessfully purchase this car.
