After moving from Southern California to Nashville in 2023, with a Mini Cooper S convertible, I unfortunately had to visit your BMW/Mini dealership several times because of tire issues. But, with the phenomenally knowledgeable, impressive workmanship of Debbie, I gained an unbelievable amount of trust in your dealership. I will say this again as it was because of Debbie. Spontaneously stopping by in April 2025, Brandon gave me detailed facts about the newer Mini S convertible options, leading to my exchanging my current car for a 2025 Mini Cooper S convertible, which I adored! Needing two new tires last week, I visited your dealership, again receiving the most A+ service from Debbie. As I recently had been looking at Mercedes, Porsche‘s and other luxury sports cars to purchase, I began looking at the Z4 and other cars in your showroom. Knowing that Chris was extremely knowledgeable about both Mini‘s and BMW‘s, having spoken with and met him previously, I stopped by his desk and guess what? He shared so many details of the BMW Z4, other BMW models, and newer Mini opportunities. Long story, short, I stopped by yesterday to test drive the newer Victory Edition; the number one reason was because Chris shared that it was the same length as my current S Cooper convertible. (I had incorrectly assumed that it was much longer, as it looks that way.) I loved how it looks more sporty than any other car I’ve ever seen or purchased! So after the test drive, in addition to my listening to the details, the many ways that this opportunity sets itself apart from any other MINI’s,, I had to ask him to run some numbers. Because of Chris and the positive workmanship of Scott, I unexpectedly drove away from your BMW Mini dealership yesterday in my newly lease 2026 MINI. The overall impressiveness of your dealership still amazes me. Having negotiated and purchased and least cars in my past, this dealership surpasses any, and everyone I have worked with before. Thank you so very much, especially Debbie and Chris for making me feel, again, really FEEL appreciated as a return customer. I plan to give your dealership the highest recommendation!
