A woman alone and they were not easy to deal with. - Kristi Smith

A woman alone and they were not easy to deal with. The manager came in and tried to bully me and then when I asked questions he didn’t have an answer for agreed and then flipped off the salesman off. Very unprofessional. I Spent 5 hours trying to get through the process, it was an absolute fight for everything. No integrity-when I finally got through the process and walked out with the salesman after it had rained and there was water in the taillight. They said we will talk about this Tuesday, then conveniently forgot and wouldn’t stand behind it. They get a 2 only because their service guy Tyler had some integrity and as I live alone and didn’t have anyone to come get me they did send a shuttle to come get me. This was not a good experience. I like the vehicle, not the dealership. I will absolutely not recommend to anyone and unfortunately my daughter in law bought her car there but I will definitely encourage her to look other places for the future. There are other places that have their customers in mind and want repeat business and better word of mouth. This is NOT that place.

buying a car - acern2b

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found a car i was interested in, drove 2 hours to get there to find they had it pulled around to the front and i was test driving it within minutes. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

The owners and managers will go above and beyond to earn your business! I had a wonderful experience with buying my Buick! I had a problem with my previous vehicle, so I took it to Wegners to be fixed. After a half hour of trying to figure out what was wrong they came to me and said that it had something to do with my transmission filter. It was going to need to replace that plus a few other parts that was going to cost me a fortune to do! So I talked to the owner and the manager and they were so sympathetic. They said lets get you in a new reliable vehicle! found me my wonderful buick that i have now for less than what i was paying for my five year old jeep! and they even went the extra mile to find me $500 more than quoted on top of my $3000 in rebates! I was impressed with them completely! they worked their butts off to help me!

They think because they're the only Nissan dealer for... - 03TunSeq

They think because they're the only Nissan dealer for miles around that they can treat the customer like crap. We voted with our wallets, and Toyota is probably happy that the Jacobs family doesn't have the Toyota franchise. I know I am!!
