I recently took my Audi to the dealership for service and was informed that I needed motor mounts replaced. At the time, I declined the repair and decided to have it done later. When I later contacted the dealership to schedule the repair, I was told that the warranty I had purchased through another dealership would not cover the cost.
After speaking directly with the warranty company, I was informed that the repair was in fact covered. I then reached out to Hendrick Lexus on Savannah Highway to better understand the discrepancy. After several emails between Hendrick Lexus and Audi Charleston, the situation was finally resolved and my vehicle was repaired under the warranty coverage.
