Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The finance department always informs me of available of upscale products but doesn't try to force them on me. Joel and the rest of the service team have never let me down. Recently purchased my second Subaru in the last 3 yrs. First class sales and service. Very friendly employees always willing help out and offer assistance as soon as you walk in the door. No pressure sales. Post sales visits with Mitch to cover everything you need to know about the vehicle is worth every minute of the appt. Saves you hours of reading through the manual to figure out all the features each vehicle offers. Highly recommend the visit which can be however long you need it to be spent with Mitch. Both of my visits were less than an hour. Nikki was my sales agent for the Crosstrek purchase. Nikki had all the necessary paperwork, sales doc's etc. ready to go on the day of the sale. Brief visit with the finance dept. and I was out the door in less than 2hrs. Another no pressure sales experience at Faulkner Subaru! The General Manager Doug Jones always takes the time to stop by and thank you for visiting and purchasing a vehicle for his dealership!

We started into the subaru family with our last vehicle and were pleasantly satisfied with its functions. That led us to purchase number 2 after the lease end, at Fred Beans. The courteous staff, Dan Reardon, was the epitome of sales people. His knowledge of the car and its functions was impressive. He continued our visit with a meet and greet of those who would assist us with the process of purchasing. Financing, management, and service are all on board to ensure we had a pleasurable experience. The showroom was clean and bright . The grounds were free of the debris normally associated with such an active establishment on a busy road. Pleasant smiles from everyone we had passed. I did not meet any of the Bean family, but I feel as if they had been present, they would have introduced. Again, exemplary personality and knowledge from Dan Reardon, sales associate, will keep us referring Beans to our family and friends.

I was,given a loaner car because my car needed to stay overnight for a tire to arrive the next day. Everyone was courteous and respectful and I am very pleased with this dealership.

My sales person (Garrett) is an experienced, knowledgeable, honest and friendly employee.
