Great place - Cambam2010

I’ve had my car going on 2 years and have never experienced anything bad with it. The first time purchased my vehicle from there the rotors were bad. I let them know and within 2 days I had them fixed. Other than that my car has been in great shape since. Can not complain. I’ve also recommended many people here.

Today 09/12/24 drove from Texas with cash in hand (Cashier Check) to buy there 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horn Crew Cab advertised for $63,775 MSRP $75,030. Their literature clearly states cut and pasted off their sight. (All ‘Internet Special” pricing is with finance 20% down or trade equity). This is clear, as wrote. I get the discounts if i finance thru them or i get the discounts if i have a trade in, basically one or the other, my choice as its wrote. I was not happy about being forced to finance when i had cash to pay. But were talking about $11,255 discount received if i finance. Remember i don't have a trade in. i told the young man fresh out of high school only been working their couple wks. salesman Jacob who made me aware of what i just stated to start the process. After waiting for about 15 minutes while he consulted his sales mgr. (who never made an effort to meet my wife and i, even after the deal went ugly) he comes back with the final figures. It was $1,205 higher than advertised. Jacob stated that i was charged back that money because i did not have a trade-in. When i pointed out again there advertising did not say i had to do both finance and have a trade-in it clearly stated (or) meaning there's a choice of which one i chose. I chose finance. He went on to tell me how important a trade-in was as they make money off selling trade-ins and they were losing money on this deal already and basically a trade-in was needed to offset the loss they were taking. He then went to sales mgr and got a factory invoice sheet which shows they were losing several hundred dollars on the deal. I'm 56 yrs. old and i'm not falling for this bait and switch tactics that honestly i thought this age and day were over with. Here we are in the days of google and all the other search engines at our fingertips. It's very well-known fact that all dealers get several high dollar rebates back from the factory making their profit higher than the factory invoice which they are very quick to print up for you. It's like back in the old days you remember the commercials before google, factory blow-out sale on vehicles $100 over invoice. Them days have been gone for a long time give me a break Kalidy, don't insult my intelligence. Let's not forget i quizzed our high school super star Jacob about the $11,255 rebates and he confirmed that ram (factory) was covering the $11,255 in rebates. By his testimony that means we have not even cut into the dealerships profit. So, ask yourself the $1,205 they are adding back, who's pocket is that going into, yes, they will still claim customers rebates from factory and ad my $1,205 to their profit margin. think about it, thats not a bad bait and switch, screw Chrysler on rebates and screw the customer with ad back money = more profit for them. I clearly stated to Jacob that we were talking about $1,200 to $1,500 price difference and i had gave into the finance situation. I told him if i walked out the door i was not coming back he had one more chance to give me the advertised price without the bait and switch. Jacob replied in a very sarcastic voice enjoy your drive back to Texas.  The finance situation i was told i haft to make at least 4 payments before i paid it off or else i would inquire an early pay-off penalty.  Remember this was at high interest and i have 840 credit score but we did not get into them details as I'm sure the catch 22 reading would have been very interesting reading. Wife and i did enjoy our trip back to Texas, we did stop at a Texas dealership. I wish i could upload pictures of our new truck. Everything is bigger in Texas including the hospitality and the rebates. The color of truck was our second choice but had everything on it that the Kalidy dealership truck had. The color of the Kalidy truck was our first choice, that's why we made the drive to Okla, but the Texas dealership gave us $12,500 off the truck, apologize for our treatment in Oklahoma and encourage us to share our story to Chrysler

thieves and liars from my experience. - afg.chevrolet

Its a buy here pay here place but even still u should be able to expect some shred of honesty even from a low rent used car dealer like this one but no Sir don't expect that here. Just theives lookin to steal from the working man. I went in to make my payment on friday and I gave the guy the cash. He doesn't give me a receipt and I get a call on Monday and they say I haven't made a payment. Dude pocketed the cash knowing I had no receipt. 330 Bucks, a significant portion of that weeks check. Live and learn and don't but from this place.

Great - bencalla

They gave us a lot more than we expected as a trade-in amount for our car. Friendly and helpful. They even filled the car with gas before we left. Fantastic customer service.

Horrible Place, nothing but a scam and fraud of beat up cars - TulsaGuy82

My wife purchased a car from Car Country, which is owned by nelson automotive/ Nelson Nissan/ and Nelson Mazda, and she complained from day 1 about the windshield was missing the seal on the top to her sales guy, Bobby. Soon afterwards it rained and water poured in shorting the radio. We even found out the vehicle was wrecked and they said it was not My wife has called on numerous occasions complaining and Car Country blew her off, now they say its out of warranty. She has complained to the finance company which is also owned by you guys and account manager Emily said there is nothing they can do as they are a different business but owned by the same LLC. My wife is paying 440 dollars a month for a vehicle that pours water in when it rains or goes through a car wash and constantly soaks and smells, there is no radio. This is ridiculous, Their sales staff sold her this vehicle and knew about the problem and refused to fix it. Don't go there, they sale ran down vehicles for outrageous pricing and refuse to talk to you if you have a complaint.

I bought a SUV that valued at 8000 in excellent condition that was in fair conditioner that they listed for 17000 and after all was said and done out the door I paid over 19870 and that's after my 3000.00 down and have had nothing but problems with my vehicle since. They take advantage of ppl with bad credit and bank on you not paying so they can repo the car and resale it. I owe less then 500.00 on my contract and am being threatened repo bull crap

Bob Moore is the owner of Elderado Motors in Tulsa,... - TulsaGuy82

Bob Moore is the owner of Elderado Motors in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My wife first bought a PT Cruiser from them, they first let her drive off the lot, then 2 days later the manager calls and says she needs to bring in 300 dollars more for her down or have the car repossessed. Please note she was approved for "0 Down." After complaining for 2 days we got that fixed. But within 2 weeks of having the PT Cruiser, we had 2 tires blow out, and the alternator went out. We explained the problems and they agreed to let her trade. She then got a Trailblazer, they did note the engine shaking and said they would pay to have it fixed right away. The next day they tried to pull the down payment trick again saying she needed a bigger down for the vehicle. Again we had to go all the way to Corporate to get this fixed. Within a week we daily had to deal with the engine staling in the middle of traffic. When it came time to get the trailblazer fixed, Bob Moore and Elderado did not approve all the repairs. They would not even give a loaner, despite they knowingly sold a bad vehicle, They explained that would be out of our pocket expense and not theres. So after 5 days of them sending it to a 3rd party repair shop we finally got it back. Surprisingly the engine is still staling. When we informed them of this they once again said we would be responsible to cover the cost of a rental. We bought a lemon, they sold us a lemon, we work for a living and if they expect people to get back and forth to the jobs that pay for the car payments, then they should learn to treat their customers right. Now a mistake on our part was we went to Elderado for my car, I got a Honda Accord, and my wife was supposed to get $100 for being a referral, surprise surprise she never got a dime. Do not buy from Elderado, and if this is the kind of practices Bob Moore allows don't buy from them either.

Great , honest place to get a used car ir truck. I searched for a month all over the USA for a particular used suv. I found one I liked at Gray's. Spoke to Jim about it a few times. Since I had to fly in from out of state, I told Jim that he was my eyes and ears. We had a few conversations over the next two weeks. He answered all my questions. He didn't let me down. When I went to pick up the car, yes I had oaud for it, but hadn't signed the paperwork yet, the car was EXACTLY as Jim had described in every detail. Even down to the luttke door ding by the gas fill that I can hardly see. He had all the service records I was interested in also. The car has high miles, that's why the service records were important, but Jim's price was more than fair and at least 10% below similar cars with the same mileage. I had a 7 hour drive home that day and again, the car acted and drove just as I expected and wanted. In 50 years of buying cars, this was one of the best experiences ever. And to think that was before the first test drive. Wherever you in the country, if Gray's Used Cars had what you want. Talk to Jim. You won't be unhappy. And yes, he called me twice on my drive home and the next morning. !!

These guys are great at talking bs, and making a lemon look good. But once you're out the door you're pretty much screwed. The vehicle I bought looked gorgeous and drove great but it has had so many serious issues after only a few months of owning it!!! I've spent over $3,500 in repairs SO FAR! THey refused to honor the contract they hyped up so much to top it all off!! Thesee guys talk a great talk and then screw you over. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Looking for good used cars and honest dealer this is the place. Never bought used before cause of hassle and lies, not here. Trust me shop once you'll never go to another dealer again. GREAT PRICES and inventory shows, if you see it buy it cause it will be gone. I live here in town and there are days I see it in the morning and by afternoon it's gone. Already looking for our 2 and 3 car from Hunt Motor Co.

Had to update my review. - Badservice

Had to update my review. They try to push you through so fast because theirs likely something wrong with the vehicle. Had to have a sunroof repaired immediately after buying and the day get it back realize the heated/cooled seats didn’t work. My fault apparently for not wanting to deal with the inconvenience of driving an hour away and having to get a loaner because we waited till an oil change to have bring up the seats and they no longer will fix what they sold me. Do not buy from them.

horrible - Adrianne Scott

Overpriced high mileage wont fix pay schedule and car messed up 3 times second week of purchase they just look for a sale and not care about the customer future no help at all worst company another car mart

It is nice to see a dealership that treats you like a person and not just a credit score! Lets face it, some of us have made mistakes with our credit. With this dealer, they look at you, not just the mistakes you have made in the past. They sell you a reliable vehicle that they stand behind, at a payment you can afford! Way to go guys!

I bought my used 1997 Acura 2.2 CL in July of 2000, with... - fdiaz74

I bought my used 1997 Acura 2.2 CL in July of 2000, with 43K miles. I went ahead and purchased the extended warranty. Well, I took my car into Joe Marina Honda, on 3/17/02, because my ABS light came on. The warranty company supplied me with a rental. Melinda at the honda service dept., told me that they could not diagnose it because it was an Acura. Aren't they bascially the same cars? Anyways, they sent my car over to the local Acura dealership. Acura's diagnosis? The ABS Modulator and Brake accumalator were both bad. Acura went ahead and put in the call to the warranty company for a "go ahead" to fix my car. The warranty company went ahead and called around for parts (standard procedure). Acura did not want to use anyone else's parts but there own, so Acura rejected fixing my car. Now, my car goes back over to Joe Marina Honda with a diagnosis. The parts are ordered and on their way to Joe Marina. One week later, Melinda, unfriendly as can be, calls me at tells me my car is ready. I get off of work, pick my daughter up form daycare, and head on over to the rental car place to turn in my car. After that the rental place drives us over to Joe Marina and drops us off. Again, Melinda, unfriendly as can be, tells me to pay for the $50 deductible at the cashier. No hi how are you doing, NOTHING! Keep in mind since I took my car, she has been this way. Anyways, I paid my $50 and I head on out the door. My car was sitting there, door open, running and ready to go. YEAH RIGHT! I strap my little girl and I get in...GUESS WHAT? MY ABS LIGHT IS STILL ON! I immediately get out of the car and notified them. Melinda immediately she starts to get defensive and proceeds to tell me that I have to take it back to Acura....@#$@! No apologies, no nothing! I was furious, but had to keep my cool....my little girl was right there with me. I asked them why did they call me if my car was not FIXED! i TOLD THEM TO FIX IT! At that time she tells me that I have to talk to the Service Manager and darts off. Well, here I am standing outside, talking with a salesman, watching them scramble, through the glass service door. I finally unstrap my little girl and walk in there and asked them what going on?! Melinda was on the phone with the rental people to come pick me up. Quick as can be, the rental guy was there to pick us up. I told them to fix my car and left. What a horrible experience! Melinda is a very bad asset to that company!
