Great conmunication, great all around experience. Jennifer went out of her way to help me even though I was leasing a little SMART car when we were among Mercedes that cost more than our house. She treated me the same as if I was buying a Mercedes. It was well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to deal with Jennifer & her Co-workers. They had everything ready & we were in & out in no time.
