My husband and I just bought a 2024 Rivian RS1 at Rolls-Royce Raleigh. Savi Garcia was our Salesperson. Savi was personable, likable, a good communicator, and answered all my questions about the vehicle. He mentioned he is new to sales. I told him he does not need to tell people he is new! He will do well. I enjoyed working with him and Tony, the Sales Manager, as well as with Shannon McDougall, the Finance Manager. I think they gave us a fair trade for our Volvo CX 60 and were happy to address a few minor issues before we took delivery of the Rivian. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience.
