⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently traded our Porsche 981 Convertible Boxster Black Edition for a Macan and then began looking into the Cayenne Coupe. With it being a newer vehicle, we weren’t sure what was happening when we started experiencing issues. I contacted the service department at Porsche Northlake Charlotte and, to my surprise, was transferred to my former service advisor, Logan Pope. Logan immediately recognized my voice, which was refreshing, and it was a relief to know I was speaking with someone not only knowledgeable but also someone I had worked with before. He explained that the issue was likely due to a low battery in the remote. Logan gave me the information for the exact type of battery needed, shared that he had seen a similar situation with another customer, and then patiently walked me through how to troubleshoot the problem including where to position the key when the car wasn’t starting. Because of Logan’s guidance, I was able to successfully start the vehicle, and make it home where I had access to my spare key. I ordered a new battery and everything has been working perfectly since. Logan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot over the phone left me enormously impressed. I also greatly appreciated that Logan took the time to stay with me on the call until the issue was resolved and even invited me to bring my new vehicle in for service. It is clear that he truly values his customers, whether it’s a small issue like mine or a larger one. This level of service reflects the culture at Porsche Northlake Charlotte, where employees are valued and in turn value their customers. I hope the owner and upper management sees this review and recognizes Logan Pope for the outstanding service he provides. I look forward to continuing to do business with this dealership and possibly trading for another vehicle in the future. He demonstrated everything on the vehicle and helped me understand owning an EV vehicle for the first time and what I would need to know and do. I was told by their salesperson I'd be first in line once - Robert M

I was told by their salesperson I'd be first in line once the dealership got a 2025 911 GTS cab allocation. The next thing I know the salesperson is no longer there ("for good reason," the manager tells me), and no one bothered to tell me—for weeks. I just happened to find out when I called for the salesperson and the receptionist told me he no longer works there. The manager then says they won't put me on a numbered waiting list (contrary to the salesperson's assurance) and offers no apology for changing the dealership's story. I reported my experience to the general manager and got no response from him. In short, I don't think they care. They run their dealership like a bunch of amateurs in my personal opinion. They certainly don't inspire confidence to buy a $200,000 vehicle from them. I'd suggest people find another dealership.

I purchased my Porsche from another dealership, but have lived in the triangle for the past few years and have done all of my service with Teresa and her team. The service, communication and attention to detail has been incredible. it's actually a pleasure to take my car in to get it fixed, go figure!

Bought three Porsche's from Porsche of Fayetteville. A 2008 Cayenne, a 2011 Cayenne and a 2015 Macan. Cannot say enough good things about Paul LeClair. I live 60 miles away from this dealership, and three miles from the nearest Porsche Dealer and would only give my business to Porsche of Fayetteville. Paul is low key, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. He stays on top of the order process and keeps the customer informed during the build/shipping process and personally delivers the car to me 60 miles away.
