From the first contact, the entire team was super - kpoluka

From the first contact, the entire team was super repsonsive and helpful in answering all my questions. Despite being 2hrs away, the team made the entire process seemless, doing most of the work via phone so all I had to do at the dealership was pickup of the vehicle and sign the paperwork making quick and easy experience.

I was in a pinch. - hokiefox

I was in a pinch. My car overheated and was spewing coolant at the airport parking deck. Earl Gordon and the team helped me arrange a tow to the Huntersville location. By the next morning, my water pump was replaced and I was back on the road. The communication from Earl and the other advisors involved was excellent.

The service department has always been top notch! - starplee65

The service department has always been top notch! They never seem to act like you are a bother, like other service departments. They treat you as the reason they exist. They treat you like family. They address you by name, because they know who you are. Don't get me wrong, I like their service department for the experience and professionalism they provide, and the ability to do things right the first time. But, I like the family-feel. Keep up the great work!

I had been on the hunt for a vehicle with very specific - The944

I had been on the hunt for a vehicle with very specific specs, and after a lot of searching and waiting, a new vehicle listed as "Coming Soon" at Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac caught my attention. It had just been listed that morning, and although there were no pictures or details yet, the VIN decoding looked very promising. So I sent an inquiry. A little while later, I heard back from Neil Parsons, who explained that it was a fresh trade-in and still needed to go through their shop for service and detailing. I explained that I was seriously interested and asked if he could send a few quick pictures or a short walk-around video in the meantime. Within 30 minutes, Neil had sent me a video walk-around showing the vehicle, inside and out, while it was still in their service bay. He answered my questions and offered to hold the vehicle with a refundable deposit, which I was happy to do. So we were off to a great start. We all know how difficult and stressful the car-buying process can be, but Neil made the entire experience remarkably easy. Not only is he a car guy, but he's genuinely very personable. He took the time to answer all my questions promptly and address any concerns. Most importantly, given my challenging schedule, I was able to handle virtually everything via text. Neil also went above and beyond in several ways. The car was missing floor mats, so he ordered a new set without me even asking. The key fob case was cracked, so he arranged a replacement. He also helped coordinate an independent pre-purchase inspection (PPI), which was a non-negotiable for me. And throughout it all, he was incredibly patient, even as we went back and forth on the numbers and worked through a few unexpected hiccups. He remained kind, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. I also had a couple of brief conversations with Derrick Powell, the Sales Manager, and appreciated his patience in sending and revising the purchase agreement through the many iterations we went through. All of this was particularly important because I was purchasing the vehicle sight-unseen. But the entire team at Everett GMC delivered a first-class experience. And the vehicle itself did not disappoint; it arrived exactly as described and photographed. I was genuinely impressed. Even better, Neil's support didn't end when the deal was done. After receiving the vehicle, I had a few follow-up questions, and he was just as responsive and helpful as he had been throughout the purchase. That speaks volumes about his character and commitment to his customers. It's no surprise he's been doing this for 19+ years. If you're in the market for just about any vehicle and Everett has it, give them a call. I'm confident Neil, Derrick, and the entire team will treat you right and take care of you, just as they did me. They prove that car shopping can actually be pleasurable again! :-)

We brought our truck in for a oil change last week. - slowjen73

We brought our truck in for a oil change last week. While we waited we walked around the lot, looking at vehicles. With our experience with the truck we bought. We were absolutely sure we would never buy a Chevrolet again. Until a salesman named Jacob Spell came out, he wasn't pushy like most we have encountered on the lot. He asked if we were waiting for service? We told him yes. He asked us if we would like to test out a Tahoe. We were hesitant at first, but he said it would get us out of the cold. So we went. While we were driving he went over all the features of the vehicle and explained a lot about the difference in some different vehicles. He was a very good salesman. We told him we would be looking around February or March for a vehicle. And that he has gave us reassurance in Chevrolet and that we will be glad to try again. So if anyone is looking to buy a new vehicle please go see Jacob Spell at Reed Lallier Chevrolet on Raeford rd in Fayetteville NC. He's a wonderful person. Have a wonderful day 😊.

I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April - bridgettesessoms

I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April the 26th to get my oil changed & tires rotated. Upon check-in, I was told that one of my air pressure sensors was out/bad. The gentleman asked if I wanted them to check it while there. Sure!! When I left, NONE of the sensors were working! I called the service department and was told that it should reset. After driving about 80 miles it had NOT RESET. I set appointment to take car back for it to be checked. I was then told that when the sensors are tested it knocks ALL of them out. If that had been told to me (if I had been aware) that the outcome was as it is now, I would NOT have had it tested! This is BAD customer service all around. Now I'm driving around without any tire pressure sensors working. Thanks alot....NOT!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. - Mrs. Georgia

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I came after being frustrated with the Flow Volkswagen dealership in Greensboro NC. My salesman was Steven Lynn, he gave us time to look around without being bothered, when I saw something that I liked he was there to answer questions and get the keys for a test drive. Steven and Tyrone Reese one of the finance managers worked with me to get the payments where I was comfortable with. I was looking for a 2026 and was able to get a 2027!! They also offered a dealers discount for it!! I felt relaxed and not pressured to make a deal. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle please go to Vann York Chevrolet in High Point and ask for Steven and Tyrone, tell them that I sent you and I promise you will be very satisfied with your new vehicle!! Welcome to the Vann York Family !!
