Had to take my Macan GTS for the three year service maintenance. Gloria was my representative and as always she is amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge on the process, and what comes with the three year maintenance package. Gloria has been helping me from the very beginning and three years later she is still the best. While waiting for my car to be completed, Taylor a sales representative took care of me with all the information I needed for financing the remaining of my payments because for the first time I am going to keep the car. Porsche South Shore has never let me down and always treats me as family. Thank you Gloria, Porsche mechanics, parts & service department and the entire Porsche South Shore!! Outstanding dealership, purchased my 2024 911 two years ago from them. Had it in for normal service several time since purchase. Treated me like a king, took care of my car and washed it. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and kind from the sales department, the service department and parts department. Top notch dealership.

Do NOT use the service department at Porsche of - mgoldberg

Do NOT use the service department at Porsche of Southampton. They are incompetent and do not know the first thing about customer service. My car was towed on Wendnesday with a flat. I was told they didn't have a tire in stock, would try to get it by Saturday (but admitted it likely couldn't be delivered even in 3 days), and I should try back on Tuesday (because they are closed Sunday and Monday). What car would I use for those five days? "We don't have a loaner, so you're on your own. Figure it out. See you Tuesday." What dealership doesn't stock its own tires and can't get them for days? Not a dealership you should use. And Dermot and Frank need some customer service lessons. STEAR CLEAR!
