Awful from minute I stepped in until minute I left. Older man told me to 'hit panic button' to find my vehicle in parking lot after I paid cashier. Unacceptable! Monalysa shut down my concern immediately when I asked about washer fluid marks. Told me to 'go to Walmart for the blue stuff' or call a body shop without even looking.

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. After buying five vehicles from this establishment over the years, I considered myself a dedicated, long-standing customer. My loyalty has now been repaid not just with indifference, but with outright contempt and professional negligence. I urge anyone considering buying or servicing a vehicle here to take their business elsewhere. The core of my current issue is simple: a clear, undeniable manufacturer's defect on my vehicle. When I brought the car in, expecting the courtesy and expertise due to any customer—let alone one who has contributed significantly to their bottom line—I was met with immediate, unhelpful resistance. Their staff, without listening to the technical explanation I was clearly trying to provide, dismissed the serious defect as "merely cosmetic." This is a flat-out lie and a shameful attempt to shirk responsibility under the manufacturer's warranty. This is not about a scratch; this is a fundamental failure they refuse to acknowledge, demonstrating a shocking lack of concern for both customer satisfaction and mechanical integrity. The entire interaction was defined by arrogance. The representative was rude, dismissive, and refused to hear me out. My history as a loyal client was completely irrelevant to them. They were more interested in pushing me out the door than resolving a legitimate warranty claim. You don't buy five cars from a dealership only to be treated like an inconvenience when you need actual service. My loyalty was not valued; it was exploited. This is a dealership that only cares about the sale, not the service or the reputation. Do not frequent this establishment. You will find better pricing, better service, and genuine respect absolutely anywhere else. They have traded five sales for one scathing review and a lifetime of lost business.

Although I am happy with my new Hyundai Kona, I am not happy with the way the sale was handled. I wanted to pay cash and clearly expressed that I did not want to finance my purchase. I was told that if I chose to pay cash, there would be no discounts AND I would have to pay an additional $2000 over sticker price. I have never heard something like that. I ended up financing for a high interest rate , which was not what I was comfortable with. I wanted the car but did not want to pay an extra $2000. Ultimately, I purchased the car at sticker price minus $750 discount. I like my car, and I’m considering purchasing a second one for my husband. I would consider going to a different dealership

Disabled SSDI customer with 800+ credit. The dealership refused to provide an out-the-door price unless I handed over my credit card first. They quoted an illegal $695 documentation fee (NY maximum $175) and ignored my disability, SSDI award letter, and urgent need for transportation. The illegal fee was only removed after I walked out. Complaints have already been filed with Hyundai Corporate, the U.S. Department of Justice (ADA), the NY Attorney General, and the NY DMV. Avoid this dealership.

I have submitted many reviews being a long time Hyundai buyer/ leaser. .I am doing it again to compliment and give many accolades to another fantastic salesman, business MGR. who is a such a great asset to the HEALEY work force...His name Is 'Chris Morales'.. What a sweet, sensitive, humorous, considerate, man he was helping a Sr. Citizen decide on what her options were for buying/ leasing a newer car...After much anxiety/ agonizing thoughts of what to decide, he explained everything to me with such respect & detail leading me to decide alone which was the best option for me.. I sincerely thank him for all he did for me & am asking the Mgt. team to somehow reward him in someway by acknowledging his great work ethics and business skills... This business transaction translated into a cohesive relationship between us and his expertise helped me to decide what to do.. Many Kudos to you CHRIS for you helping a LIL ole Sr. Citizen... :-).. All the other Team @ Healey's were great too.

We had 2 new Hyundai vehicles, leased them 3.5 years ago and they both had blue link trial subscription. After 3 years when our lease is about to expire, we traded in both vehicles to the same dealership and purchased Chevrolet vehicles. However Hyundai 112 who was dealing with this lease return for both cars did not cancel our blue link subscription and blue link is trying to charge us now $297 per car. Even if we don't have any Hyundai vehicles for maybe half a year now. This subscription was supposed to be canceled by Hyundai 112. They would probably reply that I was supposed to do it myself? Fine, that's why I'm saying thanks by giving them 1 star review. Will never buy or lease Hyundai in my life. Additionally while we still had Tuscon and Cona, Tuscon had some power trouble, loosing power etc.. I did call this dealership's service immediately and they told me they can schedule an appointment in more then a month.. can't remember exactly but it was ridiculous. So I went to another hyundai service and they accepted and fixed the car in 1 day total. During my lease return period Nick Illuminato kept sending me e-mail offers with fake 5000$ trade in offers, after I replied and asked a question, never heard back from them.

Jack Schwartz, the GM, gave me the best price around and set up the paperwork so that my Dad could go in and pick up the car in no time at all. The entire transaction was smooth and couldn’t have been more convenient. I’d definitely recommend Jack for his service and for his competitive pricing.

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.
