I have been looking to buy a used 2022 Tucson for over a month. I’ve checked every dealership in the tristate area. I even drove 2 1/2 hours to Jersey to look at three Tucsons. Almost every dealer loaded up the deal with bogus fees and add ons that I didn’t want. I went to visit James Boyd at 112 Hyundai to see if he could locate a truck for me because I didn’t see any on their website. Someone I trust recommended him to me. He immediately showed me a 2023 limited which from my experience at other dealers I assumed was out of my price range. I told him not to even bother and find me a 2022. He sold me the 2023 for less money than other dealers were quoting me for a 2022. I was completely blown away. Price of the car, tax and dmv fee. Simple out the door in two hours. I am in complete disbelief. Everyone at the dealership was amazing. The sales mgr Mike, the finance mgr Allison and the Insurance guy Kyle were just as great as James my salesman. The last month has been xxxx trying to find a dealer that was fair and not trying to scam me. I should have started at 112 but then I probably wouldn’t appreciate how amazing my experience was. I did my research. I knew what the car was worth and I had a budget in mind. 112 Hyundai exceeding all my expectations. I you want to buy a Hyundai and you are looking for no xx professional people, this is the place to go.

Victor was my salesperson. Very nice didn't try to add everything under the sun to my purchase. Although the F&I manager increase the price which they states they had to, to cover the banks finance charges. In all reality it was to add the extended warranty. I was okay with the price as I too work for a car dealership.

Jack Schwartz, the GM, gave me the best price around and set up the paperwork so that my Dad could go in and pick up the car in no time at all. Very nice dealership, clean , neat, the parking lot is extremely organized , easy to drive around. We purchased a "24" Palasade from Jay. Probably the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Jay was great, informative, he wasn't pushy, just a nice guy and good salesman.

My 2023 hyundai santa fe is making a noise,been doing it since shortly after I purchased the car new. It has been getting louder and more consistent over time. I took it in to service at least 4 times and have had 3 different people test drive the car, one time I drove the car with a technician who agreed there is a noise. Another visit the service manager went with me and he agreed there is a noise. The last time I took it in, I left it with them for a week, when I came back to get it, I was told, they couldn't find the source of the noise and there is nothing they can do. I filed a complaint with hyundai usa. They look into it and got back to me in short order. I was told by my case manager that the service manager said that after taking it for several test drives, they did not hear a noise. They lied to hyundai usa. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BURDICK HYUNDAI!

If there should be a rating lower than one star. They do not deserve the one star. There are wonderful sales associates, however, when you get to the management division, they are liars, rude, unprofessional and completely lacking ethics. Stay away from this dealership! Even if means you have to travel 50-60 miles in any other directions, please do. The management team is massively rude and lacks even a small sign of empathy. Their style when dealing with the elderly is something that the Attorney General of New York should look into. Shame on the leadership of this car dealership and shame on anyone that knowing works at this dealership and knows how they treat the elderly. I am just grateful that I caught on to the deal before it was signed by my elderly mother. Avoid them at all cost! Again, most of the sales associates are wonderful people and work hard and are ethical, however when one gets to the finance management managers, the true colors show. My mother was going to pay cash for a brand new vehicle, and promised the required items on the car that she wished. NONE of the requirements that she wanted were on the car. She was not allowed to see the car until the paperwork was done either. "They were polishing," the car for her. Once the car arrived I went to look at it and make sure that it was she requested, and of course the two requirements that she requested were not on the car. The salesman apologized profusely for the mistake, however the finance manager did not care. He would not do anything about the lack of equipment that my mother requested and said either walk or accept the car. Needless to say, I pulled the deal and to which the finance manager said, "hey don't worry this car will be sold at an even higher price." Absolute disgusting and unethical behavior. AVOID SIMMONS ROCKWELL!!!!!!

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.
