If there should be a rating lower than one star. They do not deserve the one star. There are wonderful sales associates, however, when you get to the management division, they are liars, rude, unprofessional and completely lacking ethics. Stay away from this dealership! Even if means you have to travel 50-60 miles in any other directions, please do. The management team is massively rude and lacks even a small sign of empathy. Their style when dealing with the elderly is something that the Attorney General of New York should look into. Shame on the leadership of this car dealership and shame on anyone that knowing works at this dealership and knows how they treat the elderly. I am just grateful that I caught on to the deal before it was signed by my elderly mother. Avoid them at all cost! Again, most of the sales associates are wonderful people and work hard and are ethical, however when one gets to the finance management managers, the true colors show. My mother was going to pay cash for a brand new vehicle, and promised the required items on the car that she wished. NONE of the requirements that she wanted were on the car. She was not allowed to see the car until the paperwork was done either. "They were polishing," the car for her. Once the car arrived I went to look at it and make sure that it was she requested, and of course the two requirements that she requested were not on the car. The salesman apologized profusely for the mistake, however the finance manager did not care. He would not do anything about the lack of equipment that my mother requested and said either walk or accept the car. Needless to say, I pulled the deal and to which the finance manager said, "hey don't worry this car will be sold at an even higher price." Absolute disgusting and unethical behavior. AVOID SIMMONS ROCKWELL!!!!!!

Zero stars I brought my car in there with the check engine light on and they couldn’t figure out the problem. Complete failure. My understanding is that you’re a Hyundai service center what seems to be the problem that you can’t figure it out I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone after you failed me and my family and Long Island.

Untrustworthy lying used car salesman (read until the end). I went there to check out a used car I had seen online. Made an appointment (easy). Changed the appointment last minute due to work (equally as easy). Once there, they got me in the car and i took it for a test-drive. There were no high-pressure tactics by the salesman. There were some issues with the car (rear camera not working, tires that were on the edge, and dodgy brakes) that I was told would cost about $3k to do and they would only do them if i wanted the vehicle. I was early in my search, but i really liked it, so i said yeah, I'll take it. Radio silence for the better part of 3 weeks and then I get a call that the vehicle is ready if i still want it, which I did, but in the meantime, the price has dropped twice on cargurus, the site where i originally saw the vehicle listed. When i tell my salesman that, he says cargurus is scambaiting people, and tons of dealers are suing them for false prices and that they've already offered me the best price they can. HOWEVER, the current price online is about $900 cheaper. After investigating it on my own, i discovered that not only does cargurus NOT set prices, but that Prestige actually paid money to have their vehicle come up on top as Sponsored. If you as a dealer care so little that you would tell such an easily disprovable lie, what other lies are you telling your customers? So now I'm left without a vehicle, and I'm the market for one AGAIN, thanks to Prestige. PS out of dozens of businesses I've rated around the world, never before have i rated a business 5 stars only to drop it to 1 star a few weeks later. PPS i have yet to receive my deposit back, I've had to file a claim through my credit card.

I was helping my parents buy a car (Hyundai Tucson) in NY from my location in California. Jack Schwartz, the GM, gave me the best price around and set up the paperwork so that my Dad could go in and pick up the car in no time at all. The entire transaction was smooth and couldn’t have been more convenient. I’d definitely recommend Jack for his service and for his competitive pricing.

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.
