I purchased my 2022 ram from Mike Kovacs 1month ago, - ritorincon75

I purchased my 2022 ram from Mike Kovacs 1month ago, Wife and I were going to breakfast on Sunday morning truck did not start. Jump started it had it checked and told battery was no good. I called Mike Kovacs on Monday and he wrote me back on email that the warranty did not cover this. I called the dealership and spoke to Brittany and told her I purchased this vehicle there just 1month ago, she looked it up and told me to take it in and they would check it, it turned out the battery was bad and she made it right. I am very grateful for her assistance and she did a great job taking care of my issue. I worked for a dealership for over 10 years and would do whatever I could to take care of customers as they are the ones who keep these business's open. Mike Kovacs sold the vehicle and was done with it did not even call or try to make it right, I guess losing customers is worth a battery. I won't send him anybody but I respect Brittany as she took care of me and the dealership and I would recommend them to Family and Friends.

We drove into Ruidoso with our truck jerking/engine light - lkstacy

We drove into Ruidoso with our truck jerking/engine light on. We were pulling a trailer. Unhooked and went straight to the dealership. The receptionist was so kind. She took us straight to Francisco in service. He was so kind and amazing. This was a Thursday, holiday weekend and he got us in the following Wednesday! This guy is top notch!! He treated us with so much respect! This is a reason to do business here!! ♥️💙♥️💙♥️💙

Went in May '24 and purchased a pre-owned RAV4 Adventure. - squidley42

Went in May '24 and purchased a pre-owned RAV4 Adventure. The salesperson, Jonathan Chavez, was very low pressure and helpful. There was some confusion in getting reimbursed for windshield repairs but Monica Jaramillo got it all sorted. My wife loves her RAV4 and we are happy with our experience.

Most people think ‘selling’ is the same as ‘talking’. - Mel Joseph

Most people think ‘selling’ is the same as ‘talking’. But the most effective salesperson know that listening is the most important part of their job. 😃 I greatly appreciate ALIANA HAMPTON from Advantage Dodge helping me get the vehicle I wanted. Best choice I made with a Hella Great Price.. Thank you 😁

I spent 25000 dollars on a new Jeep compass sport. - son9wil

I spent 25000 dollars on a new Jeep compass sport. And it has major electrical problems. And they said it was fixed once and it still has the same problem. Car has been there 10 days and they informed me that they haven't even looked at it yet. And when asked when they were going to. They told me they don't know when they will be able to get it in. So much for servicing what they sell. This car only has 6500 miles on it.
