Ruby was very responsive to my needs and had the vehicles I was interested in pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived at the dealership. She was knowledgeable, friendly, genuine and kind and made the application process seamless. When I took delivery of my newest Mini she took time to get in it with me to walk me through the finer points of its technology, and even programmed it for me and helped me download and configure the Mini app on my phone for my new ride! The comprehensive care Ruby herself and Mini of Ramsey delivered was exceptional.

I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning. After getting a jump start I took it straight up to MINI of Mt. Laurel. They took me right away & spent lots of time checking everything out, doing a thorough job working on it. Tonya was my service advisor & did a great job. She & Jacob took time to talk with me about what was going on. They took care of everything & I was able to leave a little while later. Everyone was so accommodating & helpful, for which I'm grateful because my car being in distress was quite stressful for me. They took great care of my car & me also.

It seems like this dealership for whatever reason, does not get you your registration/plates within the 30 days. I'm about to find out what's going on. I have a friend at motor vehicle and the state department and we are going to look into their record/books. This company has done this before it seems. I have called several times and I was told that they will speak to the general manager and they do not call you back so it's time to take real action. I do not want to see this happen to anyone else.

Bought a 2017 mini clubman’s all4, 6 days ago. There is a major problem with ball bearing and steering. This car has 12500 miles on it, practically perfect. More to follow as I’m contacting them to see if they will help.
