I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning. After getting a jump start I took it straight up to MINI of Mt. Laurel. They took me right away & spent lots of time checking everything out, doing a thorough job working on it. Tonya was my service advisor & did a great job. She & Jacob took time to talk with me about what was going on. They took care of everything & I was able to leave a little while later. Everyone was so accommodating & helpful, for which I'm grateful because my car being in distress was quite stressful for me. They took great care of my car & me also.

Bob sold us our Mini SE. He could not have been more helpful and relaxed about the transaction. We never for a second felt "car-salesman" pressured and we knew we were in good hands from the get-go. I never had a better experience buying a car.

Bought a 2017 mini clubman’s all4, 6 days ago. There is a major problem with ball bearing and steering. This car has 12500 miles on it, practically perfect. More to follow as I’m contacting them to see if they will help.
