My sales experience may not be the typical because the dealership had salespeople on vacation. It may have taken longer than I expected but I was able to find a vehicle to my liking in my price range so I’m happy.

We came here after having a very awful experience at a different chevy dealer. I refused to come in person before having a deal set in place and they had absolutely no issues with this. We came to a deal over the course of a few hours and I showed up later that night to sign documents. We worked with Jorge and I truly could not have asked for a better experience when buying my first car. Everything was so simple and I felt like my time was truly appreciated. Every single person I came into contact with was so kind. I would recommend this dealership/Jorge to anyone who is looking to buy a chevy!

I want to share my experience because I don’t want anyone - Clarence_War

I want to share my experience because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. I was born in Panama, and English is not my first language. I do not speak, read, or write English very well. Because of that, I had difficulty understanding the car contract. The salesperson made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I could trust them. They offered me coffee and donuts and treated me kindly. I was persuaded to sign contracts that I did not fully understand. I trusted them, but I did not really understand what I was agreeing to. About two months later, I discovered that I was responsible for approximately $57,000 in debt. I was shocked and confused. I kept asking myself, “How did this happen?” I may have difficulty understanding English, but I am not dumb. I believe my lack of understanding was taken advantage of. I have heard other people raise concerns about Spanish-speaking and other customers who have difficulty speaking, reading, or understanding English being taken advantage of. I cannot say whether those claims are true, but my experience made me very concerned. This situation caused me tremendous stress. I became overwhelmed and went to a mental health doctor to explain what I was going through because I was having difficulty functioning normally. I am sharing my story to warn others: If you do not understand a contract, do not sign it. Bring someone you trust who can translate and explain everything before you sign. I am looking for answers and accountability, and I hope sharing my experience can help protect someone else.

Very professional. - Fullelementkarate

Very professional. Laid out the details efficiently. The car received its oil change smoothly. Overall highly recommended.

Classic story of playing nice when they sell the car and - shamnoor101

Classic story of playing nice when they sell the car and then switch up once you need them for something after. CJ was a pleasure to work with when we bought our vehicle and was still quite friendly when I needed him for something a year later. Our biggest issue was with the finance manager Mohammed Alhomsi. He seemed fine when we were buying the car but was very rude and unwilling to help during the my three visits to get a reimbursement. Finally on the fourth visit we got somewhere but I’ll have to wait a month and will have to work with the loan company instead. Accused us of lying, when I wasn’t, and didn’t admit to his mistake after the loan company admitted on phone call that it wasn’t our fault. Very unprofessional and haven’t had such a poor experience at a dealership ever. The service center is okay and receptionist as well as online support is not very welcoming either.

The car was listed at $23,994, but the out-the-door price - benitezyamil88

The car was listed at $23,994, but the out-the-door price was over $30,000. That is a massive jump. A difference of that size completely changes the value of the car and makes the deal unreasonable. Pricing like this is not transparent. I would not recommend this experience.

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one is well - amber.meinhart

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one is well deserved. I purchased an Audi SQ8 from this dealership on April 1st, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and dangerous. Shortly after taking the vehicle home, I noticed one of the tires was damaged — a visible chunk was missing from the sidewall, which, upon further inspection, is clearly visible in the listing photos. That alone should’ve raised red flags during any proper inspection before sale. I reached out to the dealership immediately and got no response. I then had to call multiple times for days to follow up, and each time, I either got brushed off or heard nothing back. I was passed around with no resolution or accountability. Eventually, the tire blew out completely, putting me in a dangerous emergency situation. Because this is an all-wheel drive vehicle, Audi’s own official guidelines recommend that all four tires be replaced simultaneously for safety and performance. Driving with mismatched tread on an AWD car risks damaging the drivetrain and voiding the warranty — which any qualified dealership should know. I had no choice but to replace all four tires at a major, unexpected cost of nearly $2,000. When I finally got someone to acknowledge the situation, the dealership offered to only reimburse me for one tire. Even worse, over 7 days have passed, and I still haven’t received the promised check or any kind of follow-up. Once again — silence. To make matters worse, I also experienced issues with my trade-in. The dealership waited over a month to pay off the remaining lien, which resulted in a late payment fee and a derogatory mark on my credit. When I reached out repeatedly to get clarity, I was once again ignored. What frustrated me the most, though, was how I was treated when I finally spoke with Frank Sorrentino. Instead of listening to the valid concerns I raised and acknowledging the facts supported by Audi’s manufacturer guidelines, he talked down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I came to the conversation prepared with information, photos, and documentation — but was met with condescension and dismissal. This is not just about money — it’s about safety, transparency, and basic respect for customers. I gave the dealership seven days to respond and make things right in writing. That deadline has passed with no accountability, no professionalism, and no resolution. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership — especially a high-performance or luxury car — I strongly urge you to have it independently inspected before signing anything. Don’t assume they’ve done their due diligence, and don’t expect much if issues arise afterward. This has been one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buyers, be warned.

Was greeted promptly @ Service Dept. for my appointment. Waited in showroom and was kept (nicely) informed of my vehicles progress (texting and videos). It was also great to see my salesman, Nigel! Cheers.

Two Engine Failures in Our 2024 Tahoe – Buyer Beware - krista0425

Two Engine Failures in Our 2024 Tahoe – Buyer Beware (Seacoast Chevrolet) We financed a 2024 High Country Tahoe from Seacoast Chevrolet in May 2025 and were very diligent about bringing the truck back to the dealership for all recommended maintenance and service. In December 2025, the engine completely failed while my husband was driving our daughter home from school. Thankfully they were safe, but he was stranded on the side of the road for over four hours waiting for OnStar assistance. The truck was towed to Seacoast Chevrolet, where we were informed that the engine had failed and needed to be replaced. We were shocked but trusted the dealership’s service department to handle the situation properly. After almost five weeks, the truck was finally repaired with a new engine, bringing us into the first week of January. Less than two months later, the engine failed again. On February 27, we found ourselves back at Seacoast Chevrolet dealing with Tim in the service department, who was extremely rude and unable to offer us a loaner vehicle. Our busy family of four was left without a car for the weekend. We then began dealing with Alex, the service director, who initially seemed helpful but quickly started giving conflicting information and empty promises. One day we were told the replacement engine was in stock, and two days later we were told it was suddenly on backorder. We were promised updates and return phone calls that never happened. When I asked to speak with the owner of the dealership, I was denied and told to contact corporate instead. Alex told us our information would be sent to the general manager and that we would receive a call with an update from both him and the GM that same day. We never received a call. I have since opened a case with Chevrolet Corporate, where I spoke with a very kind representative named LoLena, and expressed my concerns. At this point, I am honestly afraid to drive my children in this vehicle after two engine failures in such a short period of time. The only positive part of our experience at this dealership was Joe, our sales representative, who we really liked. Joe — if you see this — you deserve better. Bottom line: If you want to buy a Chevy, buy it somewhere else. Otherwise you may end up like we are — waiting for a second engine replacement while paying over $1,000 per month for a brand-new truck that doesn’t even work. At this point, with two engine failures in less than a year, we are beginning to explore our options under the state Lemon Law, because this situation is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I own an Acura but Chevy saved me! - kobe2013

I needed a tire for my car due to a bubble on the side. I do a lot of highway miles so I needed the tire changed ASAP. I called several Acura dealers and several other tire locations and could not believe not one had the particular tire. I called Kevil and spoke to Carlo who told me he could have the tire by 3. When I arrived at 4 I spoke with Jeff. He knew about the car and squeezed me in to fix the tire. I was in and out in an hour. When it's time for another car I will surely visit this dealer.
