Eric and Jaina were 10/5 stars. They deserve more than this good review. Let’s start with Eric. A true Subaru enthusiast and truly a human version of Subaru chatGPT. He knew what every single button, hidden Easter egg, and spec of the Forester Hybrid. From the exact materials, mechanical, features and more, without even thinking, he knew. He made me feel confident in the vehicle, knowledgeable and most importantly comfortable. Coming from a large suv, I was nervous. Eric had me feeling confident in Subaru as a brand in no time! Subaru of Las Vegas, you truly have an exceptional asset on your sales team with Eric and my hope is you give Eric his accolades and the recognition he truly deserves. Above and beyond, truly. The manager, Jaina, was awesome as well. She handled everything with professionalism, grace and understanding. She deserves her recognition as well! Thanks Subaru of LV.
