Great experience with Travis at Kenesaw motors. Friendly and most helpful, not pushy or rushing to close the sale. Talked on the phone, made the drive to Kenesaw, vehicle standing ready by the front door for our test drive when we arrived. Upon purchasing, he spent time familiarizing us with the features. Small town values and business practices you won’t find at a mega dealership. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which is s lot for me to say as I dislike everything about searching for a new vehicle. I will definitely be back when it comes time to go through that again, and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Kenesaw Motor Company to anyone looking to make their shopping experience less painful.

Great speedy service - Boris

reccently purchased a used car from larson motors (sales staff was pleasent and helpful) called in to have a service appointment set up and was scheduled no problem, lounge area was comfortable and had a nice chat with my sales rep and my car was out in no time.

Fraudulent Advertising - exactlyNot

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

My first time using this dealership for auto repair. ... - muskrat99

My first time using this dealership for auto repair. 1) The prices for service seem high. This is expected when using a dealer for auto service, but even with that mind, it still seemed high. Although I was contacted in advance about the cost of the bill. 2) In addition, after getting a ride to pick up the car, I find a note on the service ticket saying that a simple problem was found and not addressed. They offered to keep the car another day to address the secondary problem. I was NOT contacted to ask if I wanted this secondary problem fixed while they had the vehicle. 3) When I asked about the reasoning about this, I was told that it wouldn't have been any cheaper to try to share the labor costs. Totally disregarding the inconvience factor of losing your vehicle for an additional day, getting a ride to drop it off, or pick it up.

I was disgusted with the service from this dealership. ... - sluhbmet

I was disgusted with the service from this dealership. For me, it's worth the trip to Machen's in Columbia, rather than being pressured into paying for unwanted service/repairs by Lovegreen Ford. I was on a budget and requested a $69.95 diagnostic service of my vehicle that was having some problems. I made sure to tell George (service tech.) to call me for prior approval before any repairs were made. Well, I drove by later in the afternoon and saw my vehicle setting outside (in a different location than where I parked it the night before) so I assumed the testing to be done and thought I would stop in and see what the verdict was. To my suprise they had went ahead and replaced a sensor on my vehicle without even calling me and expected me to pay $240 (which was difficult for me to scrape up). I went ahead and paid for the repairs because I would have been embarassed and felt like an a$$ to make the mechanic pull my vehicle back into the shop and undo all of his repairs. Well, I ended up calling my father who lives in Kirksville and explained the situation to him and he said they had did the same thing to him in the past and he also just ended up paying the additional price rather than asking to have the additional unwanted parts and service removed from vehicle. After hearing this, I took my vehicle back and requested the sensor be removed and the additional cost be refunded to me. I then went and discussed the issue with service tech, service manager, and the owner Bill Lovegreen. I must admit it was heated on both sides throughout the discussions and the service technician admitted he did not call me and that it was all his fault. Bill Lovegreen claimed that I shouldn't be blaming him for what one of his workers did. I argue that at the end of the day he is responsible for all of the actions of his workers and what effects those actions might have on his business, and to think otherwise is "bad business". I just can't help but wonder how many other people have just went ahead and paid for some part/service that they originally didn't want or ask for at Lovegreen Ford, due to the service department not calling and getting prior repair authorization (which is also "bad business"), and ultimately feeling forced to pay the higher prices due to their vehicle already being repaired and outside of the shop. I would urge extreme caution to anyone thinking about the service department at Lovegreen Ford.

Small town Ford dealership - JDH76

This is what the country mile north of omaha Ford dealership use to be before they got too big to care about you after you bought the car!

On her trip to California my wife had her car serviced at Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE for a fuel pump. When she got to Ogallala her car broke down again. She took it to Jason Zoellner Ford to have it looked at. Turns out that Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE had not only done a crappy job installing the fuel pump but they didnt even replace the fuel filter despite the fact that they said they did. Not only did the service people at Jason Zoellner bent over backwards to help my wife get the fuel system working properly, but they didn't charge her a penny. That's right they felt so bad about the horrible experience that my wife had at Anderson Ford that they did all the work for free. It is dealerships like this that make me want to drive across the country again just to buy a car from them. If you are considering going to the dealership I would recommend them 100%. Its nice to know that even in this economy there are still good people and good dealerships out there that put people before profits. I can not say enough good things about this dealership.
