I wanted to give a shout out to Melinda Dorste in the - JP

I wanted to give a shout out to Melinda Dorste in the parts department. She went above and beyond what she had to do to locate an old obsolete part that apparently they did have in stock. She even took the time to look and call me back other dealers I’ve called. They said they’d look, but they’ve never called back and let me know one way the other. My first experience with her has been exceptional.

Check in was fast. - johnholl

i cant say enough good things about this dealership ! - wes & Jo Ann

i cant say enough good things about this dealership !!!!Let me start by praising my salesperson, Sarahi Barrios. She was absolutely phenomenal! She was the most polite and professional salesperson I’ve ever encountered, and that’s saying something since we buy a new car every three years. If she’s still there in three years, I’ll definitely be returning to buy another new Honda from her! Her communication skills were exceptional. She stayed in touch with me from the moment we arrived to pick up our car and even gave us a care package. I’ve never had that done in all my years of buying new cars. She then came out and went over every inch of the car with us, explaining how to set it up and how we wanted it set up. She ensured that we had no problems or questions navigating around the car. It was incredibly impressive, even better than my experience with Superior Honda in Omaha, Nebraska, which was probably my worst ever experience. I have nothing good to say about them, and I would never buy another automobile from them. On the other hand, I can’t recommend Sarahi Barrios enough if you want a salesperson who truly goes above and beyond. She was that good, and the finance manager was also very pleasant !!

Bought a 1999 f250 without seeing it in person. - Noah

Bought a 1999 f250 without seeing it in person. They were very honest about the pickup. They delivered it for me about 45 minutes away from the dealership. Very smooth transaction.

I was very happy with the way Kelli Carson kept me - Dcollins6981

I was very happy with the way Kelli Carson kept me informed about my car. Also kept me informed of where the warranty company was at each time she would call as well!

I took my 2015 Ram 1500 (with 196,000+ miles) in for - Waynecorbinou

I took my 2015 Ram 1500 (with 196,000+ miles) in for service work. They dealt with the warranty company and fixed all the issues. They also gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while they repaired mine. I could not be happier with the service I received. Will definitely be a lifetime customer.

Husband seen this 2010 Cadilac SRX on the lot and liked - Lynda R Hellbusch

Husband seen this 2010 Cadilac SRX on the lot and liked what he seen. We worked with Tony on getting the vehicle. He was very helpful with informing us with all the recent work that had been done, getting us a carfax on it as well. He was friendly and made us relaxed and no pressure in the purchasing process.

Once again, had a great experience buying my new truck!... - JD

My spouse and I visited Woodhouse Blair recently to view - FormerWoodhousecustomer

My spouse and I visited Woodhouse Blair recently to view a vehicle listed in their online inventory and had the misfortune of dealing with sales representative Seth Williams. The entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional. When we asked about test-driving a vehicle from their system, he spoke down to us like children, pulling up the website and reading it aloud to us in a condescending manner—only for us to find out the inventory data wasn't even accurate. It took an unreasonable 45 minutes just to get a vehicle ready for a test drive.Throughout the process, he exhibited a highly arrogant and chauvinistic attitude, bragging about his tenure and family history while completely dismissing our budget. Instead of working with our target payment, he flatly rejected it and aggressively tried to upsell us on a vehicle we had no interest in. To make matters worse, during the test drive, he brought up inappropriate political views and actively downgraded my profession. We felt disrespected, insulted, and our time was completely wasted. We will not be returning to this dealership.

We had such a fantastic experience at Platte Valley Auto. - kassidy.hett

We had such a fantastic experience at Platte Valley Auto. Our car was totaled and we were in a need of a vehicle very quickly. In less than 24 hours from our first contact with the dealership, we were driving away with our new vehicle - and we live 5 hours away! Blake was super great through the whole process and went above and beyond to accommodate us! They have very fair pricing on both their vehicles and warranties. We greatly appreciated having such a simple & quick process. We absolutely recommend and will be looking at their availability first when we are in need of a vehicle again.

Today my wife and I came in trying to find a truck that - Francisco Zorrilla

Today my wife and I came in trying to find a truck that we would both like. John Brommer greeted us with a warm welcome and we started to talk about what we were both looking for. We honestly felt so relaxed and comfortable talking to him because he listened to us and took the time to look up trucks that were available. The one that we liked was not in the dealership, so we felt down for a little bit, he started making phone calls and sending text and next thing we know the truck was being parked outside for us. We are sincerely grateful for John and all the hard work he did to get us the truck we really wanted. Unfortunately, we have had previous experiences elsewhere, where we've felt pressured and seemed like they only wanted to make a sale and not consider our personal interest. We are so happy about the experience we had today, and we feel confident in the purchase we made today. We will definitely recommend our friends and family over to John. He is truly an honest, kind, and professional person.

Customer service still alive & well in Hastings! - Tri Pacer

I bought an old truck from Great Plains and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was buying a $65K pickup! The price was good and the service was great, kind of "old school" where a handshake actually means something. I talked to Tony on the phone many times and he sent me pics and things were better than described, how often does that happen! If they treat you this good with an old truck I can't imagine how good it would be with a new one! I will be back. THANKS!
