Blake was prompt and thorough with answers to my questions by email and text. He kept in touch with me after hours and worked to coordinate a viewing by a local friend on his day off. He and the dealership were flexible to coordinate my test drive, despite my being 8 hrs away. The buyer was accommodated during the financial transactions, despite a 6-hour time difference.
