I just bought a new Camaro RS for my daughter for graduation. Barry and Jeff were great and gave me an excellent deal. Keith and Daryle made sure everything was perfect before she drove off to college. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of us. I recently went to another dealership in Tennessee and they excessively ran my credit score down by 100 points. We needed a second car to get around and Dannie Sanders did an awesome job at finding me beyond what I wanted. I'm purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox in which I love. I got approved within a day and knew exactly what was what. The Finance manager Holly offered me everything I needed and the paperwork was the fastest process I have ever experienced in my 20 years of driving. The owner Mike worked with me to make sure i received everything that I needed and wanted. Even after I made the purchase I received a goodie box filled with a thank you card, cookies and Triple M coffee mugs. I have never had this experience ever with any other dealership. This is by far the greatest I've ever had. I will definitely be back to purchase all of my vehicles from them.

When I purchased my brand, new 2019 Chevrolet Traverse from Gray Daniels Chevrolet of Jackson, Mississippi, I was given a punchcard for my key ring and after four or five oil changes by the dealership, I was supposed to receive a free oil change. I have only had my car serviced at Gray Daniels Chevrolet of Jackson, Mississippi. Sometimes I would remember to bring my punchcard for an oil change and sometimes I would not remember. However, the last time I remembered to bring my punchcard, the cashier in the service department told me that although they don’t issue these cards anymore that they would honor it. My husband brought my Traverse in Monday for its oil change and brought the punchcard with him, but the cashier refused to honor it although I had the appropriate amount of punches for my free oil change. After my husband got home he called to let me know that my free oil change was not honored. So on my break at work, I called and spoke with one of the managers. I informed him that I have only gotten my car serviced at Gray Daniels Chevrolet of Jackson, which is a good 20 minutes out of my way, when I could easily choose any of the four oil change places within a two minute drive from where I live. I told him I didn’t appreciate being told that my free oil change would be honored and then it wasn’t honored. I didn’t tell him, but I am telling you, that in the past when I have picked my car up from Gray Daniels Chevrolet of Jackson there’s usually grease on my steering wheel and on my door. One time it was so bad, I mentioned it in one of these surveys, and shortly after I got a phone call from someone at the dealership apologizing to me about it. Now getting back to what recently happened. This manager told me that he would refund my account for the oil change and I should see it within three or four days. I checked my account this morning, and I still have not received the refund promise to me. So to say that I am disappointed with this dealership is a true understatement. I will now NOT go out of my way to this dealership to get my car serviced. I will simply use the convenience of the oil change shops in my area. And if in the future I have a problem with my vehicle, I will use one of the two mechanics/garages in my area instead of Gray Daniels Chevrolet of Jackson, Mississippi. To reiterate, I am extremely disappointed in Gray Daniels Chevrolet of Jackson, Mississippi. They have lost my business and any recommendations to anyone in the future.

I buy at least five new vehicles a year bought a brand new $150,000 Cadillac it broke down in the first hundred miles took a week to get it fixed. them broke at 2000 miles and they’re saying it could take weeks and cannot even get them to work on it having to take it somewhere else ..never been treated like this by any dealer. That’s why I deal with Dodge ram never had a problem with service.. I regret going back to General Motors

Extremely Disappointing Service Experience on a 2020 Equinox I am sharing my daughter’s experience to warn others about the lack of communication and significant maintenance errors at this service department. It took three separate visits just to complete a 100,000-mile service that should have been straightforward. Visit 1: An online appointment was made but never confirmed by the dealership, resulting in a wasted trip. Visit 2: Despite requesting the 100,000 mile service, only an oil change was performed. Visit 3: She returned again asking for a 100,000 mile service, and after she had to list specific items herself, she was charged over $500 for spark plugs and an air filter. Worse, immediately after picking up the vehicle, it began shaking and jerking dangerously under load. We had to return it yet again. During this follow-up visit, the dealership discovered that three of the spark plugs they had just installed were cracked. While the General Manager eventually stepped in and the dealership corrected their own installation error, it should never have taken three visits and a dangerous mechanical failure to get the job done right. I would advise other customers to be extremely cautious and double-check all work performed here. **Despite being asked for a 100,000-mile service repeatedly, they only performed a basic "tune-up" (spark plugs and air filter) for $500, skipping critical fluid flushes (transmission and coolant) and deep inspections standard for this milestone. Keep in mind My daughter purchased this car new and has had it serviced regularly at every milestone. This dealership was significantly more expensive, and lacked basic knowledge of service milestones when compared to previous dealerships we've used.

What started as a family outing from New Orleans to Monroe, LA. for a funeral didn't quite go as planned. Our 2009 SUV started giving us problems outside of New Orleans on I-55 North, after limping along for awhile my hand was forced. we had to get rid of the SUV sooner than we wanted. Google guided us to Kirk Brothers Chevrolet of Vicksburg where we met Three of the most professional individuals you could meet. Tre Scot (sales) was the first out the door to greet us. I explained my dilemma and he pointed us in the direction we needed. The wife and explored the inventory of trucks and found one we liked. Next we met Kevin Watson (sales manager) and worked out the details of the trade in and the credit. Kevin really went a step beyond what I expected by contacting our bank and talked them into a better rate for us since we have four different accounts with them. After we settled that issue we met another individual, Adam Francisco (finance manager)to finish the deal up. All in all this had to be the easiest car/truck purchase I've ever made. As a matter of fact, when the the wife is ready to get rid of her Nissan we'll make the trip back to Kirk Brothers for another vehicle. Overall the experience was very painless and easy. Thanks Tre, Kevein, and Adam for such a wonderful car buying experience!

Service department is horrible. I called to set an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and the service rep rudely answered the phone; she told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could service my vehicle and that the mechanics where overwhelmed as if it wasn’t there job. This was not the first time that this happened, I’ve called multiple times and they always say that it’ll be more than a 2 weeks before they can service my vehicle.
