When I arrived I was greeted and escorted to Service Consultant Wilson Hernandez. Wilson was very pleasant and informative. We discussed my vehicle service for my appointment, the estimated time of completion and he provided me with a new loaner car. A technician reviewed the loaner car features with me prior to my departure. Wilson kept me updated with a video from the service mechanic with recommended repairs. I requested that Wilson contact my warranty company to determine if the needed repairs were covered. Wilson got back to me within a hour to confirm the repair work would be covered. The next day the repairs had been completed. I returned the loaner vehicle and we reviewed the repair work the had been performed. I was escorted to my car which had been washed and vacuumed. It was a pleasant experience.
