My service was excellent. Needed 2 new key fobs, they got them within 2 days and programmed them that night. They only reason I withheld the 5 stars was because I need additional work on my 4 wheel drive and they had neither a rental nor loaner. I'm a year plus working out of town on 6/12s with Sundays off and my resources are limited.

My wife and I have over the last 10 years have bought our new cars sight un seen due to the fact of one bad experience going to a dealership in Northern Michigan. Thanks to your sales staff and listening to our needs we will finally will stay local. Adam our sales person not only put up with my poor attitude when coming to buying a car, Adam was able to some how slip in the only one of two cars I wished to own. He not only swayed my wife, which is one of the hardest things to do when it comes to a Suv's ,Adam was able to get the Challenger in my wife's vocabulary. My wife and I not only got the car I've always wanted they were able to keep my payment, and as Adam well knows, payment first car second. I can drive the Flintstone mobile, thanks to Adam and Feeny I am driving one of the cars that was on my bucket list. Thanks to Adam Woosley and all the staff!!! See you guys in two years. I was in search of a car for my 16 y/o. I’ve been searching high and low from Grand Blancto Detroit. Visited dealership after dealership only to walk out feeling defeated. After passing Huntington Ford many times, I stopped one Sunday to see what they had on the lot. I saw a car that I knew my son would love. It looked nice inside and out. I called on Monday to get more information, and I got Greg. Greg was the best. He did not pressure me to come drive the car or force it down my throat so he could get a sale. He was patient and answered the million questions I had. Needless to say, I bought the car not only because I loved it(I loved the other cars at the other dealerships too), but because I received exceptional service.

The transmission on our Grand Caravan went out at the top of the Zilwaukee Bridge. We were able to limp into your dealership, where Candelario Hernandez took excellent care of us. He arranged a rental car, to get us on time, to an important meeting we had scheduled in Bay City. He then worked with our extended warranty company to get the transmission replaced, and to be able to continue the use of the rental car until our Caravan was fixed. We live more that 75 miles from Saginaw, and appreciate Candelario making this problem as worry free, and successful as could be possible. I would like to thank everyone at your dealership for making this problem as painless as possible. By the way, I now always use I-675 to go around the bridge.

2014 Jeep Wrangler in over a week at dealership for intermittent electrical issues which would light up dash with battery, ABS, traction control and more. when googled, three specific causes were listed to check out. No communication from dealership during week. Had to repeatedly call them and the response was the system analyzer did not have any error readings. Dealership seemed uninterested in trouble shooting any further, said they had not heard of this issue before. It appears this is not unheard of for Jeeps this age. Very disappointed in quality of service and communication. Issue still persists.

CONSUMER SAFETY DEFECT COVER-UP AND FALSIFIED PRE-SALE SAFETY INSPECTIONS. I traded in my 2013 Honda Civic LX for a $7,000 credit and paid an additional $11,000 to purchase a used 2015 Infiniti Q50S from this lot, operating on good faith that their certified 'VPI Value Plus Used Car Safety Inspection' was legitimate. Less than 30 days later, the car suffered a total electrical failure mid-shift because salesperson JAY STECCO’s inventory team installed an incorrect standard lead-acid battery into a platform that requires a Group 35 AGM battery. Worse yet, a subsequent hoist inspection revealed an active, heavy hydraulic steering rack and pinion leak caked in months of black grime. Most shockingly, non-factory copper/brass wiring had been manually twisted around the rubber steering bellows boot to tightly clamp it shut and intentionally trap the leaking fluid to conceal this dangerous drivetrain failure from a buyer prior to sale. Internal dealer service records from June 26 prove their service technicians had this exact car on a hoist for subframe and brake work less than two months ago—meaning they stood inches away from this wire tampering and caked sludge—yet omitted it from the paperwork to deceptively push an unsafe vehicle off the lot. When bringing this physical proof to the showroom floor in person, Used Car Sales Manager NATE VAN RYN admitted fault for the battery by cutting a partial check for the raw part, but completely refused to cover the associated installation labor costs, the hazardous steering leak cover-up, or a tire found with two dangerous embedded metal fragments. A formal auto dealer fraud complaint has been successfully filed with the Michigan Secretary of State Bureau of Information Security and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Jay Stecco, Nate Van Ryn, and Zeigler of Grandville's unsafe, un-inspected inventory.

Promised services were not done. No call backs. Take your money then you are nothing to them. Been trying to get service on vehicle for a month to fix problem they supposedly serviced. Four wheel alignment was said to be done took elsewhere, out of alignment so bad it didn't register on computer. Still waiting on call back. Never again.

Although the dealership could not meet offers I had received from others she explained everything to me and made the experience very pleasant! Do not ever go here! They had our truck for 2 weeks and were impossible to get ahold of. We called, emailed, and left messages and the only way we got a response was going in person. Parts delays happen, but they had 0 communication, never apologized, and then had the gall to want to charge us to put it back together (took them 15 mins to do) for a warranty repair.

Worked with Alleya and she was wonderful. No games and got me the best deal in southern Michigan. Single handedly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Honesty is key. Mike did the financing part quickly but thoroughly explained the processes, concerns and expectations of a leasee and the process and expectations of turning in a lease and dealing with potential costs. (If it’s turned back to the lease company vs dealer purchasing) Clearly this meant that people have repeatedly turned in leases and got charged and complained. So educating the customer on expectations was far beyond what any other dealership has done. He also explained all of the costs and fees and why they are there. Normally it’s sign here sign there with no explanation. We will be back to purchase our vehicles here in the future assuming the prices continue to beat the competition.
