I found the Yukon Denali on their website and contacted them to come take a look at it. When I arrived, I met Mike and spoke with him for a bit about the truck. It was out front and ready to go. I left my truck with Mike so he could look it over and take it for a drive as a trade-in. Mike went over the new truck with me, and I took it for a test drive. It was everything that was described and more. When I came back, I took a closer look at the truck, inside and out. Mike was there to answer any questions I had. After discussing it for a while, I told him, "It looks good. Let's go inside and talk numbers." We went inside and went back and forth a little on the numbers, and we were able to come to a deal that worked for both of us. I came back the next day to complete the final paperwork. There was a lot to get through, but everything went smoothly. They even took care of getting the New Hampshire plates for me. Once everything was completed, Chris went over the entire truck with me and answered all of my questions. I've had the truck for almost a week now, and it has been great. I also received a follow-up phone call to make sure I was happy with it and to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend Bill DeLuca GMC. The entire experience was great from start to finish, and Mike and Chris were excellent to work with.

Last November we bought a 2015 Accord from Bedard's. We got a decent price for the 2009 Sonata trade in. We were going to pick up the Honda 2 days later but on the way home from there around 6:30 PM another one of the ignition coils went but we could still drive it running rough. The rack and pinion was already leaking which led us to trade it now rather than fix it. Talk about perfect timing, right? So we called Bedard's from the car and long story short we drove back there and they got the insurance upgraded from the reduced coverage we had on the Sonata after it was paid for and transferred our plates to the Honda so we could leave the old car there and take the Honda home that night. And it was a steady rain from when we first went there until we came home with the newer car. All in all they did right by us although with all the frustrations of what the day entailed I didn't bother to try to get the price lowered somewhat but that was on me. I just wanted to get it done and go home, so we did and were relieved that we didn't have to wonder what the next bad surprise would be with the other car. Johanna was our sales person and they were all nice to deal with.

Don Sudbay is the best Chevy service I have ever received, Simply the best. Heads above Herb Chambers who I dealt with for years, I found out the Service manager doesn’t even know what he is talking about. My son told me about Sudbay and they fixed my problem in 2 seconds, Chambers had no idea how to fix it, awful.

I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.

This is a dealer who knows how to treat a customer right. Good service, great parts department, and a sales department that is friendly and fair to its customers. They offered me more money for my trade-in than any other dealer recently. Too bad GM is such a mess.
