Scott was very responsive and patient at answering and explaining all of our questions/options. His welcoming demeanor made us feel at ease the entire time, he wasn't pushy at all which we appreciated. Gen is very knowledgeable, he made sure to explain the pros and cons of all options which made our decision making process very easy. He is also very friendly and we enjoyed our conversation with him. The people at Porsche Silver Spring were absolutely amazing throughout our entire experience which helped us in our decision making as we were also considering other Porsche dealerships.

My visit to Porsche this past Tuesday went perfectly. I was met by Brian when I arrived at the service bay. He explained the work to be done and gave me an estimated time for the work. A little before the car was brought out for me, I received a video detailing the condition of my car and the work that had been completed. I had my car, ready to go at the precise time of the estimate. I enjoy the service center at Porsche Hunt Valley. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Brian has taken care of my needs several times . I feel that my Porsche and I are in very good hands with Brian and his associates

Great service. I had my tires replaced for a very good price and Phil was very helpful. I live in VA and this is about an hour away but this place is night and day compared to Porsche Arlington. Porsche Bethesda makes you want to buy a Porsche vs Porsche Arlington service makes you want to sell it.
