Finance Manager started off by telling me to ‘make it quick & to hurry up’ doing a final check of the vehicle before officially signing, stating he was ‘triple booked. He then proceeded to waste 15/20 minutes, pitch a 3rd party extended warranty, in addition to their ‘premium’ loyalty program. Matt continued to make inappropriate comments, calling his coworker ‘ginger man’ repeatedly. Overall weird experience, won’t be back unless there is a warranty issue.
