Horrible customer service - No more Zachary superior ford4me
Could not diagnose issue. Was told 2-3 k to diagnose. Manager told us to go to another dealer if I wasn't happy so I did. All star fixed it for free in 10 minutes. Customer service lied, dealer manager was rude. I would walk before visiting this place again.

Called tuesday to scedule my 10k mile service, was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greated quickly upon arrival, vehicle was take care of in under an hour (closer to a half hour), CSR showed me the indpection paper and explained it. Let me know my next suggested service and that i woild be contacted soon to get it scheduled.

I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get my 2020 Toyota Highlander's 10k mile service. I had made an appointment. All they had to do was change the oil and rotate the tires. I will not get my service done at this dealership again! At my previous dealership, I rarely waited for more than 30 minutes.

No one but Van Trow Service has worked on my Highlander since I bought it including oil changes. It is in tiptop condition and it's going on eleven years. MY Service representative has never failed to deliver.

Vaughn will over charge you for a simple easy fix once your warranty expires. They over charge on part prices as well as labor. Not a returning customer.

There wasn’t a time that I didn’t know where I was supposed to go or who I was supposed to talk to. I was greeted promptly outside and continued my conversation with Eugene as we walked in and he showed me where I needed to be, as I waited several associates in passing made sure to ask me if I had been helped. Attentive, clean, friendly, and so much more. 10/10 will go back and recommend!
