To: Title Clerk and Center Manager Subject: Ongoing - Ashleigh Frazer

To: Title Clerk and Center Manager Subject: Ongoing License Plate and Registration Issue – Immediate Attention Required We purchased a 2025 RHO as cash buyers with no financing involved. As part of the transaction, we also traded in our fully paid-off 2023 TRX Lunar Edition. The sale was completed on April 12, 2025, and as of July 7, 2025, we still have not received our permanent license plate or registration. Despite numerous follow-up phone calls, we have only been issued temporary tags twice. We are now driving with expired temporary tags while commuting daily on and off a military base—this is not acceptable, as expired tags pose a significant issue for base access. We have had to initiate every update call ourselves, and the response has consistently been vague or lacking any actual resolution. Most recently, we were told it is now our responsibility to resolve this issue, which is unacceptable and has forced us to begin pursuing legal action. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that we are frequent buyers and sellers of vehicles—always paying cash—and you would expect a dealership to value customers like us. We’ve purchased and sold vehicles at dealerships across the country and have never encountered issues like this, nor such poor communication and lack of customer service. While our salesman, Kaleb Foster, was excellent during the sales process, he has had no involvement or success in helping us resolve this issue and appears to be just as uninformed as we are. We expect immediate action to resolve this matter.

This dealer was recommended by a family member who used - averyhovey

This dealer was recommended by a family member who used the Ford side for service. I called and they couldn’t get me in for a week for diagnostics and estimate for my insurance. They ordered a part a week later after insurance approved the repair. That’s when it all took a turn. I called with just over two weeks left of my rental vehicle to check on the progress because I hadn’t heard anything. I was informed by Tyler that the part wasn’t in and the ETA was the day my rental car was up. I asked if there was a way to escalate the shipping and he basically said no, couldn’t tell me who the part was ordered from and eventually said I could contact Chrysler Customer Care and that sometimes the customer can escalate better than the dealer. I had no issue doing this but asked if he could get me the number and maybe an order number to reference. He said he didn’t have it and to Google the number. I contacted customer care after speaking to Gavin and getting all of this information and letting him know that the service was lacking skills. Customer Care told me they couldn’t help me because the part had already shipped and to contact them again if the part didn’t arrive. I called the dealer again for an update and they hadn’t received it. Called again the day of the ETA, part never came in. Me and my insurance guy were simultaneously contacting the dealer trying to get them to move and they sat on my car for over 30 days with a part lost in orbit and offered no plan B. The final straw was I called another dealer the day after the part hadn’t shown up and they looked to see what dealers may have it. There were two in Louisville and one in Corbin. They recommended I check in and see if they can set up a dealer to dealer transfer. This dealership did this without me even asking them too. So I called back and Tyler said he would get with parts and call me back. He never called me back. I called back Monday morning and talked to another rep who was a little easier to work with. He told me he would have Tyler call me back. I waited an hour and a half and heard nothing back. I called back no answer so I called again and talked to parts. The parts guy basically told me that I don’t know what I’m talking about. That was it for me. I went and got my vehicle and am now driving it untouched until the other dealer gets the part in a week and a half and I can get it taken care of. I lost $350 in an overdue rental car for absolutely nothing, I should have removed my vehicle two weeks ago when I realized they really do not care to try and solve a problem at the expense of their customer. I would buy another vehicle before ever using them again.

Ethen Belcher is the worst salesman you could ask for. - RF

Ethen Belcher is the worst salesman you could ask for. If you want integrity and someone who treats you with respect. Find a different salesperson and do not go to JR. Jerry was the only one who tried to help, but I guess he wasn't at work.

Start to finish Angie made the process go so smoothly. - Rob A

Start to finish Angie made the process go so smoothly. From the first interaction to the last conversation, she was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. The 2024 Jeep Gladiator was exactly what was represented online! The pricing was fair enough that we came from South East Virginia to make the purchase. They made sure the Gladiator was prepped, clean, and a full tank of gas. Not an easy task as we finalized the deal at 5:30 Friday night and picked it up early Saturday morning. Angie gets an 11/10! We would not hesitate to make a long-distance purchase from them again.
