I was passing through Hays on my way to Denver and - Howard Jones

I was passing through Hays on my way to Denver and because my windshield wiper washer wouldn't work my windshield was becoming covered with mud and restricting vision on I-70. Without an appointment, I checked with the service department to see if there was any chance they could look at it. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to help me. Ultimately, the guys discovered a cracked line and were able to make a temporary repair to get me safely down the highway. When I checked out, the guys said, "no charge, glad we could help." Treatment by these folks made this old man's day. Thanks!

Since I live approx. 35 miles away from your dealership; I highly appreciate your loaner car option. This allows me to do some errands while in the Wichita area. When in the lobby, your receptionist Jen, makes the the experience pleasureful. She is a tremendous asset to your dealership! Also Kevin is awesome to work with. Without a doubt your people are the main reason I come to you for service. Rick Glaves

oil change and tire rotation; rear brakes redone - shorner

Had oil changed on Wednesday, I think, and scheduled the brake work for Thursday. Dealership was kind enough to deliver vehicle to my work site. When I took the car out Friday morning, I was a bit unnerved to find a lug nut on the floor of my garage. I checked all the lug nuts on the vehicle, and they seemed to be fine. The service manager checked with the technician, who said a nut was missing when the car came in. My guess is the nut was loose from the tire rotation two days earlier and came off sometime between the oil change and the brake job.

Awesome dealer - Chris B.

I came from out of state to buy a truck from them. They facilitated the whole process. They gave me an amazing trade value, and an awesome price on the truck I bought. Adam took great care of me and followed through with all of the small details. While I did my paperwork, he switched the license plates, filled it up with a full tank, put floor mats in it, and moved all of my paperwork over to the new truck. I felt like they made me their priority. And for that reason I will be returning. It is worth the trip.

Great experience! - Kay Lynn Turnbull

Our salesman was Randy Hill, and he was great! He let us shop without "hovering" over and around us. He knows his products well. We were able to test drive two different vehicles of our choosing. Once we decided on "the one" we were able to sit down with Randy and work out a deal that worked for us. We picked up our Town & Country Touring L yesterday and are extremely satisfied with it. When we arrived, She was spanking clean inside & out, with a full take of gas!! We will definitely share our experience with others to shop with Randy Hill!! Thank You!!
