Steve Cain is one of the worst business managers that I've ever known, he's been screwing everyone over his entire careeer. Cable Dahmer will do much better when he is out. I would recommend the drive to KC, their sales is more honest, and doesn't have Steve trying to rip off customers. I bought 2 cars in a year, and tried a third until Steve got invovled. Then I went to an online seller and had an actual good honest purchase for a very similiar vehicle.

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. We heard a noticeable noise during the test drive and specifically questioned it before purchasing the Malibu. Will told us that service said the noise was caused by the used tires and that it would be gone once the new tires were installed. We were pushed to sign the paperwork before the new tires were even put on, but we trusted his word that the problem had been identified and would be taken care of. That was not what happened. After getting the car, the noise was still there. I contacted Will and was told a manager would call me. The manager never called. I was eventually told to bring the car back in, and when I asked whether I would receive a loaner, I was told to bring another vehicle instead. The inspection was even more frustrating. It showed a front-end alignment was needed, even though I had been told the alignment was completed when I bought the car. It also identified a rear suspension issue related to the noise we originally complained about—not the tires as we had been told before signing. Then I was told the brake rotors and pads would need attention soon, despite being told when I purchased the vehicle that it had received new brakes. This isn’t simply a case of buying a used vehicle and later discovering normal wear. We identified the noise BEFORE purchasing the car, asked about it, and relied on the explanation we were given when deciding to go through with the purchase. Between the conflicting information about the tires, alignment and brakes, the unresolved noise, and the manager never returning my call, I have completely lost confidence in this dealership. I would not purchase another vehicle here. If you do, get every promise, repair, and statement about the condition of the vehicle in writing BEFORE you sign anything.

I called them for my 2017 Corvette grand sport, told him I was gonna be in a rush and you need to have it done quick I was in out of the dealership signing paperwork within 30 minutes. Staff was very helpful, my cells are wrapped at a great job walking me through the whole car. I’m an out of town Buyer. They did an OK job showing all the issues with the vehicle. I will say I wish some of the problems (cosmetics) were discussed before buying but overall they do great! I would do business again with them and probably will

While I haven't had experience with purchases, but I can vouch for top notch service in the service department. My daughter goes to school in Leavenworth while we live 90 miles away. On several occasions may daughter has had issues with her car and Mark in the service department has taken care of her. It's nice to have a dealer you can trust. Overall I would highly recommend Henry Marten's Chevrolet for any service work. I can't vouch for the purchase process.

Had a car totaled because of hail damage and needed to find another vehicle. I have never been to Jim Clark Chevy, so I thought I would go take a look. Danny met me at the front door and helped me right away to start looking. Drove 2 vehicle and ended up taking one home for the weekend so my wife could see and drive. Went back Monday afternoon and she wanted to try a couple more out. We ended up getting the one we tried first and Danny was great through it all ! Did all of the paperwork with Jarrod and Danny got the car ready for us to take home. It was a Great car buying experience and would definitely go back again.

My family as purchase at least 20 vehicles since 1977 and have always gotten a fair deal or better. All of us have used Clark Chevrolet for service and repairs. Their prices are almost always lower then other dealers or repair shops and they will not do any work or sell you anything your vehicle does not need.

My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep It until it’s fixed!!
