Can’t say enough about the quality and selection of vehicles they offer. All top notch. It is a family owned and run business where they honestly treat you like family. The same person that shows you a vehicle is the same person that walks you through the entire process. No haggling games where they have to ask the manager or having you go to a different office and see the finance person. Trading in your vehicle is also a breeze. We drove over 2 hours to see their inventory and we’re not disappointed. It was worth it. Over the years we have purchased many vehicles at many different dealerships, but this was the Best car buying experience we have ever had!!

Buying cars over 25 years I realize there are many types of dealers. Some only want to maximize their profit per vehicle and others are more service-oriented and will work to make the experience positive. These service-oriented dealers will not just try to maximize what you pay for. Our salesman Tim made our experience easy and falls into the service-oriented category. We negotiated a fair price before walking into the dealership and never had to haggle over money throughout the process. That made it so much easier. I will be buying another vehicle from this dealership in the future. Cars

I recently bought a car from for SML. Michael was a big help throughout the whole thing. He was patient and took the time to walk me through everything, took extra time providing me all the details over the phone and email. This was especially helpful since I had to fly in to pick up the car. His candor made me comfortable enough to make the decision to buy the car out of state. When I flew in, the dealer picked me up from the airport, which was nice. The whole process, from getting there to leaving, only took about an hour. That's way quicker than what I've dealt with before, which was usually 4-5 hours. Lynette, who handled the finances, was great too. She got through all the paperwork fast and was friendly to talk to. Overall, my experience with SML was excellent. I just wish they were closer to me so I could go there for my Audi needs.
