I had a great experience working with Rodney Duke at - Angilankford

I had a great experience working with Rodney Duke at Hubler Chevrolet in Camby. He was professional, easy to talk to, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. Even after the sale, he still took the time to help me understand my new truck and make sure everything was set up correctly. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and not just making a sale. I really appreciate his patience and honesty throughout the process. I would definitely recommend asking for Rodney if you’re looking for a vehicle at Hubler Chevrolet.

I would not go here and get a car. - Tay

I would not go here and get a car. They sold my sister a Buick and clam that there was nothing wrong with it. They lied... My sister front tire on her car broke off while driving on I-69 and now she is stranded in Indianapolis IN, with her 2 month old baby. on the side of the road with no help[ and Corey out of Fort Wayne Indiana dealership off Illinois Rd, is the one that sold her the Buick. Think God the tire popped off while in slow traffic on the highway of I-69, REMIND YOU, Her 2 month old baby was in the car when this happen. They had assure my sister that the car was in excellent condition and don't have to worry about anything because (warranty they sell you) DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THEY ARE ALL LEMONS AND LIERS AT Bart's car store. As I have said many times her new born baby was in the car when this happen. I could have lost my sister and my niece in the accident that Bart's refused to fix or pay for. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BURRY A LOVED ONE DON'T GO THERE Further action will be done.

THEY COMPLETELY CHANGED THE TERMS OF THE LOAN! WITH THE CAR IN THE SHOP WITH $1300 IN REPAIRS WE HAD TO SIGN THE PAPERS, OR GO TO ANOTHER BANK...IF WE RETURN THE CAR, THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE US FOR THE $1300 IN REPAIRS TO MAKE THE VEHICLE SAFE TO DRIVE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. STAY AWAY!!!

Dropped off my Equinox for a 9:00 am appointment to - klbraun2000

Dropped off my Equinox for a 9:00 am appointment to diagnose a noise coming from the engine compartment. They said they would get back to me that day when they looked at it. They also texted me a phone number I could call and a hyperlink to use if I wanted to check on the status or I could simply reply to the text. In the later part of the afternoon I texted and got no reply. The following day I texted again with no reply; I utilized the hyperlink and it only showed that I dropped off the vehicle but nothing else. I called a minimum of 5 times only to be told by the call center that no one is picking up in the service department. I finally just drove back to Cronin to find out that they haven’t even looked at my car yet. I told them to give me my keys and I would take it somewhere else. They did not treat me very nice when I told them that. When Hirlinger owned the dealership I never had a problem with them. I can with 100% certainty say that I will never go to any dealership owned by Cronin again. I will also have to give a lot of consideration to purchasing Chevrolet again if this is what their car dealerships are heading toward. Big disappointment!

I really appreciate the service that I received from Primo. He connected me to the right people to expedite my paperwork! Trying to conduct business during the holiday season can be very difficult. I was transferred to many people, delaying the process of getting my lease paid for. Thank you Primo for helping me!!

Axius along with my salesman worked hard on getting me in - tuelmakr1

Axius along with my salesman worked hard on getting me in my purchase a great experience. I worked out most of my purchase with Colton Green the night prior, on the phone, to my driving 3 1/2 hours to the dealership. he was a Great help from start to finish. I think he is a great asset to this dealership. The sale went off with only a few glitches which Colton handled to make this work for me. He always returned my calls and addressed every issue to make this sale happen. My opinion is that he is a very good salesman and keeps his word even after the sale. Thank you Colton for all your help. Axius should work hard to keep you. Maybe a raise or some extra vacation time. I would recommend Colton and Axius for a very low hassle and for keeping your word sale. I appreciate you.

My 2022 Ford Raptor purchase with Dan Bard at Smith Ford - Randy

My 2022 Ford Raptor purchase with Dan Bard at Smith Ford of Lowell was an exceptional experience! Dan is a very straightforward, honest, and up front guy and I have only great things to say about him and this dealership. The buying experience was top notch, Dan was very patient with me coming from out of town, the pricing and selection was far better than everyone else nearby, and the entire process was seamless. Dan even had appreciation for the great condition of a ten year old truck I traded in and the trade in value I was given was significantly higher than three other dealerships I had spoken to recently. I can't emphasize how refreshing it was to deal with a dealership that didn't play games or hide anything. Dan is a great guy and called this morning, a couple months after purchase now, to check in and see how the truck was working out and how we were doing. Title affidavits and processing paperwork arrived in my mailbox just a few days after purchase as well. This small town dealership still has the customer service many of us have known but watched fade away elsewhere. Thanks again Dan and everyone else at Smith Ford who handled this transaction. You're all great and highly recommended!

After contacting them, they got back with me by the next - HotWheels44048

After contacting them, they got back with me by the next morning. I set up a time to go look at the vehicle, was greeted very professionally by Taylor and we proceeded to go look at the 2014 Explorer and test drive it. A couple of days went by and got my wife to go look at it and December 23 we bought the Explorer. Great dealership and was treated excellent. I highly recommend them.

I was extremely tired and emotional the day I purchased - silly_lil_ang3l

I was extremely tired and emotional the day I purchased the car. I felt pushed into a purchase I was unsure of. The vehicle was a certified Pre-owned car. I was pushed quickly through paper work and not given time to read everything and had papers laid over top of papers so I could not see what I was signing, and pulled quickly away from me and told I would get copies at the end. The car I was told by Audrey had not been cleaned but while I was signing papers she would take care of that. Well the car was filthy!!! The floor mats were stained and filthy and very cheap looking and coming apart. The cameras stopped working on the car as soon as I got home. Then the key fab message popped up in the car for low battery, which are all things on the certified pre-owned checklist that should have been replaced and cleaned and thoroughly went over. I don't feel confident that the car went through the full proper INSPECTION EVEN THOUGH THEY CHECKED ALL THOSE THINGS OFF ON MY CHECKLIST THAT IT WAS COMPLETED WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS NOT DONE!! So then how do I know it was properly done at all because I can't trust the information filled out on the checklist because they checked off things that were not done, but check it off as done anyway! So now my car still needs to be fixed, which they did order the part for thanks to TJ, Jake, and Louis, but it also needs a thorough deep detailing inside and outside which I am told should might be done when I drop the car off to get the cameras parts fixed. I even tried to reach out to the GM of Bosak Nissan in Chesterton to talk about the problems I was having and I left a message on his voicemail I was never called back. When I mean filthy I mean foot prints and animal hair everywhere and sticky stuff on my light switch and door handle and many other gross things you would not appreciate putting your hands on while driving! I also had a problem with my car being left at the dealership until I could get someone to drop me off to pick it up due to I work midnights and am in the middle of a family emergency as my great uncle was in the hospital and now in hospice in Illinois and I needed to be with my family and had family coming in from out of town that I needed to be with. This is why I did not want to take the new vehicle home that day plus with Audrey saying that the vehicle had not been cleaned I wanted it to be properly cleaned but she would not take NO for an answer! But then was getting pushy in the voicemail she sent me about picking it up. Which I begged and had to pay someone to drop me off to get my old car as it still had all my sentimental things like things from my husband that had been killed in a motorcycle accident that i keep close to me for comfort in it and I was terrified that she would have it towed away with all my important cherished items!!! I would not recommend anyone ever have to go through such an experience ever and am still really upset and sad with how I was treated.

used Nissan Rouge - Dino and Virginia of south bend

Kevin was a great help when we told him what we wanted to spend that's what he showed us and did not try to sell us something out of our budget, and with no pressure. and was willing to do what was needed. we had a great experience and was very stress free. and Kara was there for any extra help that was needed. Kara and Kevin made us feel like we were out chatting with old friends during the whole experience.

Honda is a disgrace to the automobile industry. - jrehmelsmith

Honda is a disgrace to the automobile industry. I have all the proof that the dealership completely avoided the extended warranty and bandaged the issues until the warranty was expired. Honda still favored the corrupt practices of the dealership. Greater job to the dealership for working to save a multi-billion dollar industry a few hundred dollars. I will leave reviews everywhere I can to ensure the maximum number of people see it and can make more informed choices on whether or not to buy from such a xxxx corporation. We bought our Honda in 2019. The air did not work when we turned it on. We took it to Thompson Honda, Terre Haute, IN. They would not look at it without an upfront fee of $350. When they looked at it, they charged it and sent us on, ignoring the small leak detected. Charging it was a bandaid. It stopped working again. This air has now been charged numerous times, every summer since 2019. In 2025, I took it in and told them I wanted it fixed, it was under a Honda issued extended warranty due to a/c issues and hasn't worked since 2019. They changed the seal under warranty, charged it again, ignored looking at the compressor, the part covered under extended warranty, and sent us on, stating it was resolved. As soon as I turned the air on the following summer (8 months after I was told they fixed it!), I took it back and was told "well, the extended warranty is no longer active and your compressor and condenser are bad. I explained I brought it in for that while the warranty was active. Scotte Foote, services manager, asked me if I could pay 50% and they'd pay the rest. The next day, Scotte Foote called me and said they'd cover 10% and nearly doubled the price! THIS WAS INTENTIONAL ON THEIR PART!! Honda corporate didn't care either. Apparently, corporate loves that the dealerships swindle customers like this. I will never buy a Honda and will never use a Honda dealership again. What a shame . Tyler Amaro provided us with awesome cust. service. We spoke on the phone and was sold on him before even meeting him. He answered all of my questions and attentive to my needs. We stayed past closing hours and he did not complain staying late and was ver accommodating. Bobby Likens our finance guy was also very pleasant and explained each form to us. When we picked up our car. Marco helped transfer everything out from our old car to our new car. I love the team work everyone displayed. Awesome job!

So I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on February - delilahmclaurin

So I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on February 15th , and by March 17 my power steering went out . And I purchased a 2018 Chrysler pacifica!. Towed the vehicle back to them for them to tell me I have to pay $230 just have them look at it . As a single mother of 5 who worked her but off to get this vehicle im disgusted the people here that would take advantage of people this way . Even after putting 3,000 down !. After taking this vehicle to another mechanic he told me to bring it back because the problem had to already been going on for it to happen like it did. They lied about fixing anything, that weird looking man who claims to be a mechanic is not and he didn't fix anything it shows ! You people dont know that God sits high and looks low , nothing you do is going unnoticed and God sees . You will have to answer to him for everyone you sold cars to knowing it had problems. God will not be mocked!
