Great selection of clean, well kept and gently per-owned automobiles .I have purchased 4 times from Northgate Cars (Tim) within the last year. Tim always makes you like family. Northgate will do a lot of things that the" Big Badge Dealers" wont. Do yourself a favor, give Northgate Cars a chance at your business and enjoy a buying experience you'll tell your family about. I called from Western Ma to buy a 2012 Land Rover LR4. It was exactly what my wife wanted and was the only one with the options we wanted in the whole country. I dealt with Robert for the entire process, and he was professional and responsive through the whole process. World Class worked with me on price, some work it needed after a third party inspection, and transportation from Indiana to Massachusetts. They went above and beyond for a customer they never met in person. It’s been an amazing experience.

STAY AWAY! - MadMom

STAY AWAY! Avoid this place! There were many missing fuses that kept several warning lights from displaying in the test drive. We didn't discover this until after purchasing the vehicle. They would not take it back. We were naive but they are DISHONORABLE. We are having to resell for the actual value of this car, which is thousands less than we paid for it. May their karma find them swiftly. Also, I understand they have a second lot in Indy. I don't know the name but would stay away from there too.

I had a good experience with my salesperson. - Mport

I had a good experience with my salesperson. The wait time for production of the vehicle was satisfactory. Helpful staff. It’s been 19 years since I bought a car. It’s much less personal than it used to be. I hope the maintenance service continues to be excellent. Lately it’s been taking longer to arrange a service date.in some instances.

I definitely would recommend. - Chrisnstaceysloan

I definitely would recommend. The salesman Martin is awesome and he is true to his word. He worked with my horrible credit and had me in a NEW car in under a week. I figured it was gonna be a huge runaround after driving from 3 hours away, but Martin truly cares and definitely did his job. Thank you again Martin. 💓

I checked out a few dealerships before buying here, and this was easily the most straightforward deal. No crazy extra fees or surprise charges added at the end. The numbers were clear from the beginning and the price actually made sense. The whole process was simple and quick. Really appreciated that.

Update: Dealer did send us a check for the repair. - atkinsondavea

Update: Dealer did send us a check for the repair. Thank you. They are under new management. Changed from 1 star to 3. Buyer Beware. Dealership does not follow through on obligations. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma online from Carmel Motors and the dealer shipped the vehicle as part of the purchase price. The vehicle arrived unannounced with a dead battery and a smashed windshield. While the dealer did purchase a new battery for us through AutoZone, the windshield replacement has been a different story. The delivery driver did not speak English very well and claimed the windshield was smashed by individuals "molesting" him at a rest stop. He offered cash to my wife for the windshield. While apologetic to what happened, he was clearly trying to complete the delivery and go quickly. Uncomfortable with the situation, my wife accepted an amount that was half of the replacement cost of the windshield. The dealership at first appeared to want to work with me on a resolution by getting the shipper to pay the difference, but stopped pursuing a resolution with them and stated they were filing a claim with their own insurance co. That was 6-Sept 2023. Weekly requests for information have gone unreturned. They appear to be ghosting me. I felt my only recourse was to share my experience with this dealer so others could potentially avoid a bad experience themselves.

My wife & I had searched several months for a pacific - everroad22

My wife & I had searched several months for a pacific vehicle, with low miles and came up with nothing then a friend of ours told us about Cars R Us in Indianapolis off Keystone Ave. We went there and my wife found the BMW SERIES 4 vehicle she was looking for with low mile and color that she liked. We spoke with Sales Manager Michelle and she was very knowledgeable, thorough and knew everything about their inventory, very helpful. This made our past experience so easy and relieving from what we have been going thru the last few months. Ray the Finance person was very kind and explained everything and the process was quick and wonderful. Our experience was above and beyond from start to finish with Michelle being so knowledgeable of her inventory. We truly can't "Thank" Cars R Us enough for a wonderful experience and making my wife happy. We would dearly suggest that if you are looking for a vehicle then call Cars R Us. Thank you Staff

Overall I had a pretty positive experience, working - cphil112560

Overall I had a pretty positive experience, working mostly with Lacey. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The one issue I had was that the RADIO was not working, which was noticed on the date of purchase, and brought to their attention immediately. They spent less than 5 minutes trying to remedy the problem before just giving up and suggesting I subscribe to Sirius radio because the AM-FM bands were not working at all. I live 100 miles from the dealership so "swinging by" to have this issue fixed is really not a great option. I was disappointed that this issue was not checked and fixed before the vehicle was sold, but also very disappointed in their unwillingness to work to try to solve the issue just 2 weeks after. Telling me basically to either PAY for the repair myself or take an ENTIRE day to make a 6 hour round trip so they can "check it out". I honestly think that this issue SHOULD have been fixed BEFORE the day I came to pick the vehicle up. They should check EVERYTHING to make ensure that things work that should. I dropped my overall rating for a 5 PLUS to a 3 MINUS due to this situation. My name is CHUCK and I am from GR, Michigan...(do you remember me NOW, Lacey?)
