While I live in Erie PA, took a risk when Twin Cities had new a Durango I was interested in via internet stock check. Paul & Jason were easy to work with on phone pre-sale, during the sale, & post sale followup. Paul's numerous calls were made to make sure sale was timely & no problems. Paul/Twin graciously shipped back home my Stanley thermos that was left in my 'old' Durango trade in. Paperwork was also timely & complete. Terrible service department - Jywalker

Love my fiat but the lack of customer service from the service department has made me want to never own another fiat & I am now looking to trade it off because of my experience. It shouldn't be a fight to have warranty work completed on my car. Good luck to anyone that thinks this place cares about the customer.
