I have bought five vehicles from Curtacy Ford. My first one was in 98 four of the vehicles I bought have been from John and this last one Aaron Lee helped. Through my experience with Curtacy Ford their service has been great and well priced communication is always on the spot and knowledge of the vehicles and what we need for our business have been outstanding. Aaron Lee was a joy to work with and so knowledgeable. John has taught him well he might become even a better Sailsman than John but we gotta give John his credit. He’s kept me coming back to Curtacy Ford for a lot of years, but My Wife and I really enjoyed working with Aaron also.

This is my second Truck that I purchased from Lithia. I have to say I’m deeply disappointed about being dismissed when I placed a review on their website about the lack of attention their service techs have when servicing my vehicle. When I emailed and texted the service writer I was expecting a response about the disappointment with their service but it fell on deaf ears. I wont go into detail but What I will say is I most likely will not be purchasing another Truck from them and I will be looking to get a refund on the remaining lifetime oil change service that I purchased.
