I'm 60yrs old have bought several new cars, bought 2 - donald

I'm 60yrs old have bought several new cars, bought 2 Nissan's from another dealer, which is 5 minutes from my house, I can say this place was the best/less hassle-free place to buy. My salesman Ronnie was wonderful, he made the whole process easy and quick, he is very knowledgeable, at least the car I was buying he answered all my question's, when asking about how to set feature's, he walked me through the step's. I must say I wish I would have bought from here year's ago, they say a Nissan is a Nissan, that might be true, but it's how your treated when you call, walk-in the front door, at the service dept etc. To me it was well worth driving the 30-45 minute's (depending on traffic). If anyone ask's me, I will recommend Grainger Nissan.

The experience my husband and I had with the Riverside - gwenbridges

The experience my husband and I had with the Riverside Nissan of Rome team was so exceptional we are comfortable recommending them: Bruce Ramirez, Sales Representative; Corey Dowdy, Manager; Judd Baker, Finance Manager; and Tyler Harcourt, Service Advisor. The team was knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with us "oldies, but goodies." All our questions were kindly answered. There was zero pressure to buy, no hurrying us along, even though our shopping continued after closing hours. We are happy with Riverside Nissan of Rome AND our new Nissan.

Headline: Warning: Serious Privacy and Ethics - Real customer

Headline: Warning: Serious Privacy and Ethics Issues Stay away if you value your identity and financial security. The manager here supports bad business practices, including allowing an employees to knowingly input false income information and misuse Social Security numbers. It is disappointing to see such a clean facility with such dishonest staff. I would especially warn those with disabilities to avoid this location due to their predatory handling of paperwork. I spoke with the manager earlier today and he saw no wrong doing with his illegal actions defending him tooth and nail

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was... - burrita

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
