9 Georgia INFINITI Dealers

I completely understand why this is an award winning - Happy Owner

I completely understand why this is an award winning dealership. I have a 2007 G35 Infiniti sedan with 190,000 miles. In the past Harvey Hollander, service consultant, had assisted us with an ac issue caused by using a local auto repair shop back in 2018. His wise counsel helped me to make the proper decision to have the vehicle repaired. It required a new starter and other critical issues could arise if not dealth with immediately. All I can say the 2007 G35 Inifiniti runs BETTER than when we bought it used back in 2015. Andon, the technician that serviced the vehicle did above and beyond an OUTSTANDING JOB!! I also, would like to thank the Manager for his role in this repair and the cost of it. It was well worth having my vehicle towed the 75 miles to have it properly repaired.

We just purchased our 5th INFINITI from Roswell INFINITI - shanaG8R

We just purchased our 5th INFINITI from Roswell INFINITI over the past 12 years, and that says everything about the experience we've had with this dealership. Our relationship with Roswell INFINITI started when our kids were young. Back then, we were in the stage of life where we were saving for things like braces and carefully watching every dollar. Fast forward 12 years, and we're now empty nesters and we're still choosing Roswell INFINITI for our vehicles. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the entire team makes the process stress free, honest, and fair. In an industry where that can be difficult to find, Roswell INFINITI consistently treats us with respect and makes us feel like valued customers rather than just another sale. We also want to give a special thank you to Elizabeth, who has been with us for 4 of our last 5 INFINITI purchases. Elizabeth knows how to treat people with the utmost respect, listens to what we need, very knowledge of the different vehicles and makes the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and genuine approach are a huge reason we continue to come back. After 12 years and 5 vehicles, we can honestly say that we have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Roswell INFINITI to anyone looking for a dealership where you're treated fairly and where the people genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to Elizabeth and the entire Roswell INFINITI team for taking care of our family all these years.

My wife and I enjoyed our vehicle purchase experience - dp1500LTZ

My wife and I enjoyed our vehicle purchase experience with Infiniti of South Atlanta. Kai and Brandon along with the rest of the team were very knowledgeable and attentive to us as they guided us through the purchase process. We were also impressed that they completed the purchase within the time frame quoted. We are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased and the buying experience through this dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Infiniti qx80 - vinces416

I had a great experience purchasing my new Infiniti qx80 from Mike McMahon at Nalley Infiniti. From the day first time I called Mr. McMahon he was nothing but friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall I give Mr. McMahon and the Infiniti staff a 10 out of 10.

I had an amazing experience with Annette as she made sure - Fran

I had an amazing experience with Annette as she made sure my new purchase was everything I wanted and needed. It’s important to note that I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and was able to take my time making the decisions on my perfect vehicle.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
