We hit it off right away, which made the experience feel comfortable and genuinely enjoyable. Rony took the time to answer my questions, explain the different features and make sure I felt confident in my decision. They gave me a loaner for the entirety of the service work, which turned out to be two weeks due to a part out of stock. Completely happy with the communication by Yara, the service manager. Car returned, clean and work completed without issue.

BEWARE! Get an Independent Inspection Before You Buy! The sales department is professional, and the customer service during the sales process is excellent. Unfortunately, a great sales experience does not necessarily mean the vehicle you are buying is in good condition. I spent nearly $40,000 on a Genesis, trusting that the dealership had properly inspected the vehicle. Yet, less than a month after the purchase and with fewer than 500 miles driven, I discovered that the brake pads were practically worn out. I learned this only after taking the vehicle to a Genesis dealership, where I was quoted approximately $800 for brake replacement. You would expect essential safety components, such as brakes, to be checked thoroughly during a dealership's multipoint inspection. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. What disappointed me even more was the dealership's response when I brought the issue to its attention. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the problem, no acceptance of responsibility, and no offer to make things right. Apparently, selling a vehicle with dangerously worn brake pads is not their concern once the sale is completed. This is particularly disappointing because, in many other respects, this is a very good dealership. However, my experience has seriously undermined my confidence in its vehicle inspection process and its willingness to stand behind the cars it sells. My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle here: have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before completing the purchase. Do not assume that a dealership's multipoint inspection guarantees that essential safety components are in acceptable condition. A pleasant sales experience is one thing. Selling a vehicle that needs immediate, expensive safety-related repairs is another. Protect yourself, get an independent inspection, and don't take unnecessary risks.
