I had a pretty good experience at Toyota the customer service when I got there was great. The only negative a had was when I got my paper work back it stated that I said my car was making noises which I only said my car was hesitating a little and I needed them to let me know if they found anything. We'll they didn't get a code to find anything so they recommended a transmission flush. The verdict is still out on how my car is doing. I pray this was the correct thing to do. I will return again if this doesn't create a bigger problem.

Appointment times not honored received the car back with grease spots and they charge around 3 percent for using a credit card when that cost was probably already built into their service bill or parts bill so taking advantage of those who can’t afford cash and I’m guessing most people use credit cards just ethically wrong
