My Hoffman service department experience was exceptional! I purchased a gorgeous green 2016 Ford F 350 Super Duty with dually wheels in January.It is my pride and joy, purchased from another well known Ford Dealership which I will credit to later. My Green Dually always gets complements. Friends and Strangers just feel comfortable telling me how fine my Super Duty is.
I was leaving the poll early Tuesday morning and a Need Oil Change Soon warning started going off. This was the first warning I had gotten. I immediately called my Ford Dealership and their service dept. was booked until the week of Thanksgiving- I panicked and was told to contact any available Ford Dealership.
I called Hoffman Ford on Columbus Boulevard and was booked for service within the hour. What a fabulous, pristine facility. I was greeted with a smile and felt quite comfortable in their thoughtful waiting room. You can tell when people enjoy and respect their jobs. It felt like my original Dealership- this Ford Company has this whole Sales, Customer Service thing down to a science.
I truely appreciated how both facilities felt like one, although as a new buyer, I, of course knew my "original crew" by name.
Wow! If I didn't know better I would think that these Hoffman Guys were trying to win me over, ooh! Technically, this one is closer. But I get it....my family has always been FORD ENTHUSIASTS! The accommodations and seamless way of doing things, the impeccable surroundings, etc.is a true representation of The Brand
I simply have an extended family I can forever trust.
