I've bought a lot of cars her in Ct. at a lot of different dealers, however at Wallingford GMC the entire process from start to finish was exceptional, great staff from the top right on down, very personable and not pushy pressuring you to buy on your first visit, no nagging phone calls every other day. Got a great deal at a fair price! Special shout out to Chynna Marrero for making our new buying experience a pleasant and very memorable one, we will most definitely be returning again!

One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have it on the lot ready, I asked them the price they told me it’s MSRP + tax, title registration and doc and if I come today evening I can drive the car home. I rented the car and drove for 4 hours from NJ to New London in CT. They didn’t have the car and the car was in transit arriving on 17th January. Such a disappointment, on top of that the sales manager Enrico Simonelli was unapologetic and gave me quote $3000 over MSRP! Such a worst experience! I already had a deposits with other dealership that was giving me a car for MSRP which are in transit. The only reason I had to was that they had the car on the lot! I would say just get you xxxx together and respect customers time! I would never ever go to this dealership!

My 22 year old son bought a certified used GMC pickup- all went smooth, until the check engine light came on the next day! Drove it to a more local dealer and they flashed the ecu. Drove it home and the light came on again. Brought it back and it turns out to be the lifters are bad. No way that happened in one 60 mile drive! They knew and sold it to him anyways. I called to try to negotiate something for him in good faith, and was told there was “ nothing financial” they could do. He also was charged $3500 for a GM extended warranty - turns out that should be more in the $1500-2000 range tops. They offered a loaner, which is part of his contract- 3 weeks into the problem. Terrible business practice. I’m going to tell every person I know to tell every person they know( all union workers electricians, fitters, plumbers, carpenters , etc) to spread the word about them. First car buying experience - a $40.000 truck he will always be waiting for something else to go wrong with. Nice….

Third time I have gone to Parson's for Service and I highly recommend going there. Individuals are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help you out!!! I appreciate them helping me out at a moment's notice without appointments. The cost is also reasonable for any service - from a major repair to a minor repair! I definitely will be going back again!

Salesman Marty Hall’s integrity and honesty are second to none! Marty helped me build a truck, I put down a $1000 deposit and we were waiting for GMC to confirm the build. A week later I got a call from another dealer who was allocated a build. I called Marty and he refunded my deposit immediately. Marty Hall gives salesman a great name! He will be my go-to salesman in the future!!!
