After a two-year car search, my husband and I were lucky to have crossed paths with Phil at Northwest Hill GMC. Were it not for Phil, I would be spending another year car shopping. I am so grateful to him for providing us with the kind of service we needed to feel comfortable in making such a large purchase. Phil went over and above, even delivering our new vehicle! Phil's patience, knowledge, and commitment to our search made gave us the confidence we needed to finally by the right vehicle. As a woman, I have often been "dismissed" by salesmen during the car-buying process. I will and have walked away from dealerships if disrespected. Phil is not that guy. Going forward, I will recommend Phil to anyone and everyone especially women. If you are looking for a vehicle...do yourself a favor and reach out to Phil, it will save you a lot of time and angst.

6/5/25-came in at noon for a scheduled oil change. Drove through the service door to the service writers area as usual. I stepped out of my car. I was standing there for 12 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the 3 service writers who were sitting there doing nothing. Eventually one of them asked me this in these exact words-“are you a customer not being helped?” I replied “ for the last 12 minutes yes!” Unreal. Then I asked how much it would cost to have the spark plugs changed on my 4 cylinder Terrain. $660 was the quote. She did not know that I was quoted a much lower price when I called a few weeks ago. I came here out of need since most other places near me were booked for weeks. If you know what’s good for you, stay far far away from this place. Never again…

service dept rip is a off charged for work not done I was under warranty which was a third party (sold by The GM Dealer) they said my pump needed to be replaced the car was in for other work gave me a story all the work done under warranty would have cost over $3000 and I only had to pay $250 never going back.

Third time I have gone to Parson's for Service and I highly recommend going there. Individuals are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help you out!!! I appreciate them helping me out at a moment's notice without appointments. The cost is also reasonable for any service - from a major repair to a minor repair! I definitely will be going back again!

Salesman Marty Hall’s integrity and honesty are second to none! Marty helped me build a truck, I put down a $1000 deposit and we were waiting for GMC to confirm the build. A week later I got a call from another dealer who was allocated a build. I called Marty and he refunded my deposit immediately. Marty Hall gives salesman a great name! He will be my go-to salesman in the future!!!
